We always stay at this hotel. Good location, clean rooms. The food in the restaurant used to be better, probably the cook has changed. They made the most delicious Napoleon I've ever eaten)

I paid 1000 UAH/day!!! (lived for 3 days)
There is no elevator. There is no parking for cars. Coffee is just not a recipe for 20 UAH / 50 grams espresso.
It was possible to book accommodation without breakfast (800 UAH). The difference for breakfast is 200!!! UAH. BUT not a buffet. You order what you want for breakfast in the evening – the choice is strictly defined: one dish + coffee or tea + juice or kefir. I still did not understand why I paid 200 extra!!!! UAH.
I closed the door to the room with my feet (literally) with a bang, and never once did anyone come up and ask what was the matter, although my room was 3 meters away from the receptionist. I tried to complain to the administrator. In response, I heard that "after your departure we will see" - just great.
Food in the hotel restaurant is many times more expensive than in the nearest bar-cafe-restaurant.
Mini bar prices in the room are generally off the scale.
I asked the receptionist how I could find a certain street. The girl found it with the help of Google, and lo and behold – a street 20 meters from the hotel.
In general, there are a lot of impressions. But in the end, next time I'll choose a different hotel.
