On the recommendation of the locals, we came here for the most delicious lagman in Bukhara - lagman is wonderful, the broth is slightly spicy, the noodles are elastic, the vegetables are crispy, everything is juicy and not greasy. Take a small portion, otherwise samsa, which smells and looks very appetizing, will not fit.

Absolutely unreal lagman and Karakul samsa (round)! First, they recommended this place back in Tashkent, and then three different people in Bukhara - all with one voice said that you should eat lagman in Bukhara, and, damn it, yes, it is impossibly delicious. Samsa is very different from the classic layered triangular one - and it is absolutely beautiful. This is the best lagman place in the city, and it deserves to purposefully come by taxi.
