I also want to thank all the staff who took part in my Baby's operation.They came to the Dingo from another clinic with a pylometer, they were afraid to operate because of the dog's supposedly sick heart.But Andrey Anatolyevich not only surprised us at the ultrasound that the heart was fine, but also quickly prepared the pet for the operation and performed it perfectly.At the moment, a day has passed, my dog is running, leading a habitual way of life, if it were not for the blanket she was wearing, I would not have said that she was after surgery.Our family, for whom Nyusha is not just a dog, but the most important, fluffy and dear family member, recommends to everyone that when you are told some kind of diagnosis, but you do not fully believe it, then go to these doctors and they will save your pet!Our family is convinced of this!And we all wish prosperity, health, long life and all the best to the staff. On December 8, the cat was brought to Malkov Andrey Anatolyevich for an initial examination, unfortunately, the doctor diagnosed it "by eye". The cat had a boil on its chin, which we informed the doctor about, even in the anamnesis, the doctor wrote from our words "like a boil on the chin." But without taking cytology, the doctor claimed that it was an eosinophilic granuloma, and we also informed him that this was the first time in 5 years of the cat's life. Malkov A.A. prescribed prednisolone to the cat, unfortunately, we followed his prescriptions, of course, the cat only got worse, and we already turned to another clinic, where we immediately took cytology and diagnosed furunculosis. I would like to say one thing, that despite my experience, you should not make diagnoses "by eye", but still confirm the diagnosis with the help of laboratory diagnostics.

We can't forgive ourselves for choosing this clinic! The soul is torn apart even after a while. And the comrades from Dingo continue their activities. They destroyed a cheerful, active, full of life doggie in three days! We turned to DINGO on the recommendation of friends to remove teeth and remove stones from a Sneeze (13 years old). Preliminary tests and ultrasound did not give any grounds for contraindications to this not the most complicated procedure. But, as it turned out, the "experts" of the DINGO coped: Malkov A.A., Malkova S.R., Savchenko A.S. HOW CAN AN ANIMAL BE BROUGHT TO DEATH WHEN TEETH ARE REMOVED!!!!!! The procedure was delayed (we delivered the dog at 12.00, but we could only pick it up at 20.00!) We were kept in the dark, stalling, hiding the real state of affairs. As it turned out, the animal was subjected to intoxication to such an extent that kidney failure developed (kidney indicators were in perfect order before the operation!) And in this condition the animal was sent home! Big questions to the anesthesiologist Malkova S.R. (the wife of the owner of the Dingo) Naturally, all her incorrect actions were hidden and no one was held responsible. We ask for help from people who consider themselves specialists, do not hesitate to take a lot of money for their services, we trust them with our dear pets, but for some people pets are all their joy in life. But these "SPECIALISTS" can behave extremely self-confident and unprofessional. The Dingo level, as it turned out, is to do a standard vaccination and trim the claws, and then with a stretch, nothing more. If you still decide to bring your pet here, pay attention to the conditions under which the reception is conducted. The clinic is located in premises unsuitable for the treatment of animals, does not have a hospital. If you went to this clinic and your animal survived, you know, you're just lucky! Our Dog was dying in our arms after the operation....and we could not help him in any way (((((We will tell everyone about our story, maybe it will save someone's life!

Somehow everything is so concise, without unnecessary information and water, everything is on the case, starting from the interior and ending with the ability to handle an animal that is in great pain.
The small space, the absence of a crowd of people allows you to be one-on-one with the doctor, ask and clarify everything that is necessary. There is no fuss. Perhaps, here, in this small cozy clinic, for the first time I felt that this time was only ours and for us (although we were some kind of unplanned force majeure).
After the reception, I left a good impression, clarity and understanding of what is with the cat and what we need to do next and what to prepare for (we have an unfavorable prognosis).
And although we are from another city, in difficult situations I will keep this place in mind and remember about Andrey Anatolyevich.

On March 4, we went to the clinic with a cat.
There were complaints that the cat was not eating anything and was vomiting. They did an ultrasound, said gastritis and prescribed almagel (please note the dosage was 1 ml, as for a dog weighing 25 kg, and not for a cat weighing 4.5 kg)
After almagel, the cat was bloated. They were called because they had been given a hormonal drug. But the fact is not that, for some reason two doctors did not see an ulcer, in which almagel is categorically impossible, to which the cat opened this ulcer and had internal bleeding, the cat died. Thank YOU so much for depriving us of a family member.I don't write just thinking and comparing my thoughts, I consulted with people who understand this area, it's a pity that I didn't meet them earlier, before making the wrong diagnosis. The doctor was Savchenko Anna Sergeevna, and she did not do the ultrasound alone, there was another doctor there, there is no excuse for your negligence.

After his actions, other veterinarians redid the work. He may be good as a therapist, but not as a "surgeon." It takes a lot of money, and performing the operation does not correspond to the work.
