Polite, non-conflicting staff can help with the selection of goods (but remember, the seller is different from the seller). In the morning and late at night, the queues at the ticket offices are large, since only two out of ten cashiers work, and during the day the traffic is normal. This problem could be solved by installing four self-service terminals. Regular customer cards are valid only for certain socially significant goods, therefore they practically do not affect savings in the wallet. Fruits and vegetables are quite fresh, the assortment is good, but the prices are high compared to other chain stores. The bread/ loaf is always fresh, and there are questions about baking (I would like a variety). Very good in-house production, affordable prices, excellent meat department.

I bought a cake on 3.20.24. Forest clearing. The cake is of very poor quality. Dry, there is not enough cream. They poured so many sour berries that they weighed more than a cake, probably. If the goal was to increase the weight due to inedible berries, then this is at least a deception of the consumer, for whom the weight of the product is indicated - 1kg (and in fact there is 750 grams of cake). What is the problem with specifying the real weight and decorating with a couple of berries. But if only the cake was delicious... So he's not doing anything. Keep an eye on your production!

I went to buy eggs on 20.04. The freshest were made on 31.03. It's generally like there are none of the 7 types of the highest category, only c1,c2. There were even dietary ones that have a shorter shelf life, so they were made on 28.03. If you are now a discount store, then reduce the prices for non-fresh products.
The meat all looks terrible. The pastry is hard, it lies for several days. The cashier was so slow to serve that someone in the queue even asked her to wake up. At the same time, they are not as friendly as possible, all except one guy who is always in the mood and always polite. In addition, there are constant huge queues. There are still no self-service ticket offices. It is a pity that this terrible network has taken over the premises nearby instead of the Crown. Now there are no normal shops nearby.

Today, while shopping at the Dionysus store on Mogilevskaya Street in Minsk, I was unpleasantly stunned. The cashier punched the purchase twice, embarrassment was evident from the expression on his face, but the man continued to work on. After waiting for the receipt, we double-checked and found this error. At the same time, when she was presented with a claim, she made a cancellation, returned the money, but not to the card with which the purchase was paid, but in cash. Moreover, when they started telling the employee to be more attentive, the response was "Get out of here already."
I understand that at the moment it is very difficult to find professional workers, and even more so to work at the checkout as the face of the store. But I can't stop wondering where they find them, one more beautiful than the other, one more boorish than the other.
They allow themselves to swear at each other in front of customers, and at the same time manage to be rude to customers. In this store, rare cashiers smile at customers and you want to go to them.
The situation occurred on 02/24/2024 at about 19.30.
It is a pity that this network enters the place of the Crown on the same Mogilevskaya Street. Buyers living in the area were left with no choice. Dionysus on the left and Dionysus on the right. What should people who do not have the opportunity to go further to normal shops do?....
