The employees at the cash registers are always polite and ready to help, which is not the case with their superiors. Before the new year, the family collected a sooooo decent amount of food basket. It turned out at the checkout that the store's discount card was lost. The overprotective madam (the position is unclear, because she introduced herself indistinctly), in a tone that brooked no objection, ordered the frightened cashier to close the check. And only then she issued the card, hiding behind filling out the questionnaire and paying (0.99 rubles). As a result, at least 10% of the cost and possible discount were left to the store. The mood was spoiled. But this will not prevent you from using the store further. But from the beginning, we would like to have a more loyal attitude towards customers.

I couldn't even buy bananas without help, even though I'm friends with similar systems. A huge screen with small buttons is "convenient"... When weighing a product, you need to put it on the scales, and then select it from the list, rather than the other way around - it is "convenient and logical.".. After weighing, there is again a huge screen with small numbers somewhere on a gray frame, which you will not immediately find - "convenient"... After that, there are no buttons or messages on the screen indicating that you can continue to move the product to another plotform or pay. Now it's clear why there are long queues at regular cash desks, and the operator in the self-service area helps every customer without exception!

A great place, everything is available. But the toilet is always dirty, people go there from train stations because it is free. And boxes for things with keys are not always available, people and I myself, if I need to leave things, put them down, took the key and went, they use it instead of a storage room. Toilets should be washed more often and drawers increased in number.🙂😁👹

We were met at the self-service checkout by an employee who was clearly exaggerating her importance. Despite the fact that the cash registers were completely free, and we knew how to use them perfectly, she did not show herself at her best. When we first started punching the product, before we even had time to figure out the prompts on the screen, she already started being rude because we didn't press the "clear" button. Instead of calmly explaining or helping if she wanted to, she preferred to stand aside, three meters away from us, and comment on what was happening with obvious displeasure. She continued to mumble under her breath until we left, leaving an unpleasant impression about her attitude towards the visitors.

I share my observations:
- dairy products, sauces, frozen food and much more can be bought in a Lighthouse or a penny much cheaper, so look for and compare prices
- in Dionysus I buy hard cheese, fish, meat, beef dumplings, cheese nuggets, ciabatta, oatmeal cookies made from real oatmeal (by the way, inexpensive)
- strong alcohol is cheaper in Euroopt, there is a small difference in wine and beer
- if the price tag for fish bites, come the next evening - there will be a 70 percent markdown
- mutton is delivered to the cherverg in the evening, on Friday morning it is on the counter. The loin was pleased with both the price and the quality.

I love rollini with mushrooms from Dionysus and nowhere else. And in this store I once saw mold on them... and then they disappeared altogether ... please return, it was sooo delicious banana cupcakes -bomb!!! Similar to those that were before - "Melachiz", it seems- those were generally a cannon☺️
You have original pastries, and although the prices are mostly more expensive than euroopta and the discount system is simpler- you leave at the expense of baking, I go for it, and at the same time for groceries :)
