The store itself is not bad, but the moment was very frustrating: I visited it several times a week, both times there was no one at the tobacco register, only one standard cash register was working. You stand for a long time waiting for the cashier at tabachnaya, no one comes up, you have to go look for a store employee in the sales area. I advise the management to hire another cashier on the shift.

I like dionysus stores, but this store is not very pleasant. Cashiers are always dissatisfied with something, they cannot share their responsibilities among themselves. The bakery department is generally a separate topic. The buns are not packed in anything, they are not covered with anything, looking at such a picture, it does not make a very pleasant impression. I hope everything will get better soon.

Ohhh. You can talk about the negative sides of this rural settlement forever.
Firstly: the sellers from the finished products department do not know what disposable gloves and forceps are. All packing bags will be groped from the inside, the finished product will be "stamped" into the container with BARE HANDS!
Secondly, cashiers would rather talk, discuss and settle their personal problems among themselves than serve a potential buyer who wants to leave this room as soon as possible.
Thirdly: incredibly high prices for everything! Although this network positions itself as suppliers of vegetables and fruits, but for such prices I'd rather go to other grocery chains and buy fruits/vegetables of the best quality and at an affordable price.

I don't like it, it's all pastries, cookies, buns are not covered with anything, everyone touches or sneezes with their hands, all germs fly. 1 cash register is constantly open. When I asked to open at least one more cash register, they told me the shift did not end during rush hour.

It is clear that the leadership of Dionysus tried, but not "in full force". Why such a huge bread display case with shelves? The products are all stale and not fresh. It's better to have less, yes, better quality. There is no choice in meat cutting, there are few frozen meat products and offal. Huge racks with water, wine and dairy products... it is not clear which consumer the store is designed for. It doesn't look like a "store" at home, and it doesn't look like a wider assortment either. Even in a Penny nearby you can buy everything you need.
