A good workshop for finished products. Good fresh pastries. The variety of goods is excellent.
It is more expensive than the same Euroopt, but it is better in many positions. In addition, compared to Euroopt, there is virtually no pandemonium and queues, and there is always a half-empty parking lot.
I would like to say separately about the "- 50%" promotions in the evenings (after 19.00 or 20.00) for our own products. Cool!
When the store opened, everything was very decent. Time passed, and the store turned into a snack bar. Sliding doors don't work, sellers are boorish (not all, with a few exceptions), they talk obscenely to each other, the buyer hears everything, you ask to show the goods, they look like you're asking for a loan. To show, they will show, but at the same time they do not hide their dissatisfaction and irritation. Customer orientation is an unfamiliar word. We went to get shrimps, there are a lot of price tags, as we like, printed in small print. Product units. We couldn't find most of the product names and asked someone to help. "Petrovna" came and said with annoyance that there were no shrimps. Why didn't the price tags get removed???... it turned out the shrimp had been disassembled 30 minutes ago. Considering that we waited 10-15 minutes for Petrovna, and went into the store about 30 minutes ago, we missed the crowd carrying away the shrimp. No explanations, no apologies. A bad store. There are a couple of people from cashiers and sellers who have been working for a long time, always attentive and friendly, but there are two or three of them.
The store is interesting, the assortment is decent. The staff is good. There is our own production, which cannot please. The pastries are very tasty and of high quality. At prices that are more expensive, something is cheaper.
