We have been staying at this hotel for the 4th year under contract. Good location. 10 minutes to the sea, access to the best beach on the Black Sea coast.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed.
Kitchen for self-cooking. The kitchen is spacious: three stoves, three sinks, a lot of dishes.
There is a restaurant on site. Very decent.!
There is also a barbecue area and a beautiful green area on site. There are swings and a trampoline for children.
I think that the success of this hotel lies in the wonderful hostess Lyudmila Petrovna. She welcomes all vacationers with cordiality, solves any issues that arise and is always ready to suggest how best to plan a vacation.

I had a rest from 07/15/2024 to 07/24/2024. I definitely recommend the hotel!!! The hotel is not for those who are used to 5* Price-quality matches everything. The room is located on the 2nd floor, clean, everything you need is there: three towels, a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, clean linen, changed after the 5th day. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle with cups. All the necessary utensils and kitchen utensils, if you decide to cook yourself, are available in the kitchen on the ground floor. You can also eat there, there are many tables, as well as gazebos, barbecue, Playground, small, but the kids have something to do. Parking is large, cameras are installed. Clean everywhere, the staff is trying, well done! Starting from the kitchen and ending with the lawns. It is very nice that in the morning the cleaner wiped the windows in the corridor, added consumables, there was no need to run to the reception and beg for something. Before the guests checked in, the room was cleaned by three employees, it smelled of detergents, which is also a big plus. The sea is nearby, although it is necessary to walk a little along the roadway without a sidewalk, but the beach itself covers this minus. Pine trees, the sea, the purest water. The beach is free, everything is cleaned, but toilets and everything else are paid. There are also several cafes where you can eat, music plays in the evening, you can relax perfectly.

Hello everyone I want to share my impressions about the guest house Dionysius on Nozadze 52 in Lidzava village (Ldzaa) Gagarin district of Abkhazia. We rested there in July 2024.
The impressions are only the best! The administrator Guzel met us - she is very pleasant, friendly and open, immediately disposes to herself and to a pleasant rest! Our double room was on the ground floor. Check-in at 14 o'clock. By this hour, the room was clean, there were no complaints on this line. There are: shower and toilet combined, refrigerator, TV, kettle, two glasses, air conditioning, wardrobe with shelves and hangers, two beds, two bedside tables, two chairs, table lamp, tulle and dark curtains on the Windows, balcony with a clothesline, three towels for each. The beds are made with good unwashed sets of the same colors (not flashy, not bright) and very soft plain bedspreads.
In the shower room there is a sink, a mirror, a hair dryer, a shelf for bath accessories. The toilet was sparkling, the paper was white, soft and in unlimited quantities, like garbage bags. Every five days, the room is cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels.
There is a large communal kitchen: eight tables, three stoves, three sinks, a bunch of all kinds of dishes from spoons to pots, pans and towels. The kitchen is cleaned early every morning by diligent maids, as well as corridors and other common areas. There is even a guard who looks after our peace of mind at night).
There is enough space on the territory for private cars of vacationers. For kids there is a trampoline, a swing, a slide. There are also gazebos and barbecues.
On the territory of Dionysius there is also a cafe Scarlet sails - from breakfasts to dinners, from compote to wine and chacha. The cafe is always with visitors.
Very pleasant and caring hosts - Lyudmila Petrovna and Vladimir Petrovich. He will always ask unobtrusively if everything is fine, etc. Thanks a lot to them too!
The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away.
I won't talk about the sea here - I'm afraid I won't stop))) the cleanest transparent sea! There are relict pines on the beach, where you can relax at noon.
I would definitely come to Dionysius again!

Dionysius is perfectly located, the beach is nearby, shops are nearby, a minibus goes by to Pitsunda. The rooms are classic soveovvn, but everything is strong, the rooms are clean, cleaning is done, towels are changed. Separately, I want to say thank you to the woman, I don't remember her name, who washed the shared kitchen to a shine every morning. I have never seen such a clean communal kitchen, there are plenty of dishes, there is enough for everyone. Well, the Scarlet Sails cafe is on site, very convenient, very tasty. I would like to update the numbers, but then the price tag will probably be higher.

We had a rest in this guest house in September. A quiet, peaceful house, a large kitchen, which has everything for cooking. The owners are always ready to help, the girls at the reception are also very good. Rooms are cleaned perfectly, linen is changed every 5 days. The rooms are standard, we took them with a balcony, my husband and I liked everything. It's close to the sea for 4 minutes, on the way there are 2 shops where they bought fruit, cottage cheese is just gorgeous, homemade eggs. The sea is just a delight, I haven't seen such a gentle sea for a long time, the pines are huge. We highly recommend Dionysius

The family came to this hotel in 2019. With a baby who was celebrated a year old there. The conditions are more than comfortable! I only know what I'm talking about, since I've been traveling everywhere for 20 years in a row. I don't compare it with abroad, I haven't been there)))
It's clean here! Cozy! The cafe is downstairs, the food is delicious and affordable! Marshtruck is nearby, you can go to the center. That's what we did. A pharmacy is nearby, shops are nearby, there was no interruption to the Internet. The sea is right next to you! We calmly carried the baby in a stroller! And the sea, the sea is just a fairy tale! Pure, crystal and warm! It's super! This year I'm going there alone with my son again! Abkhazia is a country of the soul!

The owners are decent and helpful people. We planned to go on vacation in early July. The choice fell on this guest house. We chose them based on reviews. Unfortunately, the circumstances turned out to be such that the trip had to be canceled. We made a reservation in the amount of the daily room rate. When I informed them that the trip was canceled, the owners returned the entire amount of the reservation to us without any problems.
Therefore, as soon as there is an opportunity to go to Ldzaa, then only to this guest house!

We took a two-room room with a balcony, very spacious, split, TVs in both rooms, there is a hairdryer, kettle, mugs. Before settling in, they carefully clean (this is important for me). There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. It is also kept clean, dishes are put away in places, clean towels, the microwave is kept clean, there is a slow cooker. There is also a barbecue, skewers and separate gazebos. The sea with pine trees on the beach is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is nice! I definitely recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2022. I liked everything: excellent administrator, no complaints about cleaning, a huge territory planted with palm trees and flowers; large Parking lot with video surveillance; cafe at the hotel (located in a separate building by the road); clean and tidy room. Double room + put a Euro pad for 300 rubles. night. It was a little cramped, but we spent a little time in the room, so everything was fine. Standard set in the room: comfortable bed, bedside table, wardrobe, table, 2 chairs, refrigerator, TV, kettle, laundry basin, dryer on the balcony, air conditioning. Wi-fi on each floor. Garbage bags and toilet paper can be taken from the hallway at any time.
There is a very large kitchen on the ground floor (3 stoves, 3 sinks, 2 refrigerators, plenty of space for cooking). There was always enough room for everyone. The kitchen was cleaned every morning. If there are a lot of tables in the dining area or outside under the persimmon trees. There is a barbecue, a trampoline, and something else for children's entertainment. In general, I advise you, because we lived in two more villages in Lzaa for a great price and still this place remained a favorite.

This is the second time we have been staying at this wonderful hotel. For the first time in May 2021 and in May 2023. Great. Last year we had a rest in Apsara, but still this year we preferred Dionysius. The price and quality of the services provided correspond. Everything is there for a comfortable, free (not tied to lunches and dinners) vacation. There is a wonderful cafe on site, a well-equipped kitchen and a territory for a comfortable stay. 500m from the sea. through a relict pine grove. The sea is the purest. I recommend it!!!

We stayed at this hotel in September 2023. I liked everything! The room is clean, the kitchen has its own, you can cook.
The hotel is not a youth hotel, I must say right away, most of the vacationers were pensioners (although it may not have been the season already).
I must say right away , if you are traveling with small children for less than 10 days , then you will not be given a crib ❌
And if they do, it will be considered as an additional place (300 rubles). L-logic 😃
In general, we had a good rest!

The guest house is a capital stone building with 4 floors with an open kitchen (refrigerator, dishes, 3 sinks, 3 gas stoves, electric kettles, microwave). The rooms have a normal-sized refrigerator, a kettle, 2 and 1.5 beds, some furniture, a shower room and a boiler. Often and pleasantly. The main advantage is the staff from Russia, not Abkhazia. Very responsive, operatively solves any questions and queries. In the courtyard there is a small area with booths and a barbecue, a trampoline, a sandbox, a slide, a swing and Parking. There is a cafe at the entrance from the street. It's not very tasty there, it's better to go closer to the beach and overpay 50p to eat delicious food in the same Sail. Barbecue is much cheaper to eat on the street and on the way to the beach. But if you arrived late or you don't have the strength to go somewhere, then there is something to choose. Of the disadvantages of Dionysius, there can be many requests: the outlet does not work, the switch key falls out, the toilet drain button sticks, towels were not given to everyone, there are no blankets and many more similar "little things". But I repeat, everything is repaired quickly, the missing items are brought quickly, linen or towels are replaced on request ahead of time. Another common disadvantage is the power outage in the village, sometimes from the middle of the night and sometimes for a long time. There is a generator, but it is only enough for appliances in the kitchen and a refrigerator.
This year we got into a flood. There was a lot of water, the 1st floor sank, cars in the yard too, everything happened literally in 15-20 minutes. The guests were settled / moved to the upper floors, someone left in the evening when the water level dropped 2 times. The money was returned without any problems. And in less than a week, the 1st floor has already been washed and dried, opening some of the rooms. I give my assessment for the actions of the staff and their responsiveness

The best things that could happen to me when I chose a vacation in Abkhazia🩷
A wonderful hotel, not even wonderful, but the best.
The rooms are perfectly clean, there are no insects, ants and other things (it was clean even behind the bedside tables)The towels are clean without any stains or foreign odors (towels are changed every 2 days).Also, the bed linen is clean and light at home (bed linen is changed every 5 days).
There is a kitchen that has absolutely everything for cooking, there is also a summer kitchen that is also fully equipped with everything, there are barbecues outside.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
I want to say a huge thank you to Lyudmila, she is just a golden person, she will tell you everything and help you.It feels like you are not living in a hotel but at home, everything is so warm and sincere.

Good evening. We first found ourselves in this wonderful place at the end of May 2018, when we decided to go to Abkhazia for the 1st time. We chose this particular hotel by chance. There were 2 adults and 2 girls aged 11 and 13. We lived in a two-room room. There is a kitchen (this kitchen has everything like any housewife). The sea is close 2-3 min. The on-site cafe, by the way, is very tasty. And the most important thing is THE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE GUESTS!!! (she wrote it in big letters, because they treat her like family). The second trip to Abkhazia is August 2021. My husband and I were alone. We rode a motorcycle from Moscow. The room was not booked, because the trip was spontaneous. Upon arrival in Pitsunda, we could not find accommodation (I thought we would sleep by the sea)). We came to Lyudmila Petrovna (the administrator), told our situation, she settled us the next day. The rooms were all booked, we had to move out after 4 days. But believe me, we felt the difference. I wish you prosperity! I recommend

We rested here for the first time in July 2023. We chose the hotel based on reviews. The hotel matches the photo. You can cook by yourself in the kitchen. On the territory there are gazebos, a trampoline for children, Parking for cars. There is also a good cafe on site. It's not far to the sea. But keep in mind that this is a village. It is small, and there is no entertainment in it. Everything seems to be fine. But now about what I didn't like:
The three of us stopped by, and they gave us 2 pillows and sets of towels each. They asked for more, they gave us another pillow, but without a pillowcase))) they asked for another set of towels for the third person, but they did not give them for the whole vacation... By the way, the shower is very inconveniently made in the shower, it can only be hung very high, or put on the floor.
there is no generator here, so the lights and Wi-Fi were turned off very often. Wi-Fi is very bad here. We lived on the third floor, our TV didn't work well all the time, it hung up, although they had a plate of NTV Plus on each floor, but we were told that everyone's TVs were on the third floor. We liked this hotel! Very close to the sea, on a large territory there is a small playground with swings, a large kitchen with lots of dishes, there is a microwave and a slow cooker, several gas stoves, you can cook kebabs on the grill outside, and for those who do not want to bother with cooking, you can eat in a cafe, which is also located on the territory of the hotel which is very convenient. All rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, shower, toilet in the room, towels, linen is changed frequently, cleaning every day, the staff is very friendly! It's a great place. Before going to Abkhazia, you should understand what to expect from this trip. The hotel is very simple, the kitchen is on the street, all the amenities in the room are there. We had a rest in early June 2021. Excellent price-quality ratio. Comfortable clean two-room rooms. It is located close to the gorgeous Ldzaa beach. A good kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for self-catering. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own generator, as there are often power outages in the village. Room cleaning on request (if the sign was hung every day, it was cleaned every day). I advise a family of two adults and two children for a budget holiday. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. There are air conditioners in both rooms.

The rooms are just the last century , being there you get depressed
Everything is terrible 🤦♂️ doors without handles and locks ( they still don 't close ), all the furniture is like from a garbage dump
It's gray , smells musty, high humidity , there's nowhere to dry clothes , a feeling of a basement ... I didn 't even want to go into the shared kitchen
Of the advantages, only the cafe on the territory of the scarlet sails 👌😋
