A very nice hotel. A clean room. Air conditioning, hair dryer, daily change of towels,slippers, bathrobes. Polite and competent staff. A restaurant with a varied and high-quality selection of dishes and drinks. You can order breakfast the next day, in order not to wait for cooking. The breakfasts to order are very plentiful. Good location. All the main interesting objects are within walking distance: the sea, the market,parks, a museum, concert venues, etc.

The hotel itself is quite comfortable. The restaurant has excellent breakfasts, and in general the food is delicious. The staff responds promptly to the problems they have voiced. The location is great, both near the center and close to the waterfront. I would have put a solid five, if not for a small incident during check-in: the hotel administration could not provide me with one of the rooms I had booked on time due to a visitor who did not want to leave it in a timely manner.

There are some difficulties with establishments in Abkhazia, but it got to the heart. Delicious food, good service, prices do not bite, a diverse selection of drinks and dishes. The food and service are worth the money, which I can't say about many establishments in this region. 10 out of 10, I recommend you to visit.
