The location is perfect, clean, the hosts and staff are responsive, friendly. There is everything for a comfortable stay, a bathroom, a shower in each room, linen, towels are snow-white, they are changed in a timely manner. We had a great rest.

We rested here on 07/20.23-07/25.23. we ordered an individual transfer from the airport through the hotel. We had a two-room suite for 4 people. It turned out to be very convenient. The room also had a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. The renovation is not new, but you can live if you just spend the night in the room. Very good location, direct access to the embankment. The beach is 300 meters away, 5 minutes on foot to the right. The girls were not always present at the reception. For 5 days, the room has never been cleaned, towels have not been changed, garbage has not been taken out. There was toilet paper, shower gel and soap. There are a lot of places nearby where you could eat very tasty food. We liked to relax here much more than closer to the border with Russia.

The location of the hotel is a plus. It is located on 2 floors, on 2 and 3, on 3 economy class rooms. I had 3, the rooms are spacious with a kitchen. The rooms, yes, already require a little repair, but everything is very clean. And I so wanted every room to have a basin, I think it's not that expensive. There are no showers in the rooms, which is of course good, but you need plugs if you want to lie in the bathroom. The view from the window on one side is trees and the sea on the other - the city and the mountains.

I recommend this guest house. Convenient location, picturesque view from the window, comfortable and spacious rooms. We had a rest in December-January 2024. The sea is visible from the window, there are many cafes, restaurants nearby, grocery stores within walking distance, near the central market.

We lived in this house with the children for three days. We were very satisfied. Clean, cozy. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, shower, toilet, small set of dishes. There is a washing machine on the floor. Despite the proximity of the embankment, it is quite quiet and peaceful. The beach is 100 meters away. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. Thanks to the hosts and administrators.

We had a rest from May 17 to May 25, 2022. · Excellent location: the sea is 30 meters away, there are many cafes nearby. Excursions can be booked by contacting the staff. Big room, clean. On request, cleaning was done for the 4th day. The room has a kitchenette, kettle, microwave. A full bathroom, not a shower cabin. There are no hidden charges, we paid exactly as much as we booked for. There is a desire to come back again!
Just one small minus - we ran out of toilet paper twice in 8 nights of stay. We approached the receptionist, but both times the paper was not available at the hotel. The first time a new roll was given the next morning, and the second time there was no paper in the morning. Please fix this flaw - it blurs the rest of the great experiences.

Terrible service. Booked through the Island - strange, but there are the highest ratings. Accordingly, they fell for the estimates plus the location on the beach. Location is the only plus.
We arrived for check-in after 18.00. The administrator, the employees - there was no one. Toltko number for communication in case of check-in. We had a SIM card only for the Internet. They could not connect to w-f. We applied to a hotel nearby. They called the administrator. She explained that the keys were in the doors of the rooms.
We rented 2 rooms, for 2 nights.
In rooms with cleanliness, everything is not very, to put it mildly. A shabby bathtub. Some kind of curtain is not clear why, anyway, the shower pours everywhere. The tile is all falling through. Mattresses are depressed - it is impossible to sleep. The furniture is wobbly. The administrator was never seen, and when they called, they answered with dissatisfaction.

The location is better to choose, the beach is 100 meters away, the embankment - you are actually on it. The rooms are relatively clean, but spacious and comfortable.

Disgusting!The room has a cat-shat roof on the ground floor right under the windows.The bed creaks so that it wakes up the dead.Half of the bolts are missing.Also with a table and chairs.The mattresses are stained and leaky. There is black mold in the hallway and in the room. The laminate is swollen.Pillows!they're all lumpy and just wooden.One teaspoon for all guests.In 10 days, the laundry was changed and cleaned once.The Internet does not always work.There are 4 rippling channels on TV.Drawers do not slide out in the chest of drawers.You can go on endlessly about all the "charms" of this terrible place.When I asked the administration to clean up the window and complain about the pillows, they told me that no one had complained before me and that you wanted, this is a guest house!It's like I came here to live for free.Oh, yes, this wonderful house is not guarded by anyone.The entrance doors are wide open around the clock.In fact, the guests live behind the cardboard door of their room.There are no safes here.I wish the hosts to sleep on the rocks, or at least on the same bed that they offer their guests.Omen

A very good place, clean, but for such a price we were very upset about the condition of the room - the bed creaks so that you wake up at night from the noise, the doors creak, the tile in the bathroom comes off and falls through, the air conditioner makes strange noises, some huge bugs in the corridor, for 5 days we have never been visited cleaning, no change of towels and bed linen. But the place is great, of course.

We celebrated the new year, rented two rooms, the room is huge on two levels, you can accommodate 5 people, the view from the window to the sea, everything is fine, I recommend it. It is not the first or the last time I have stayed in this guest house. On the third floor there is a great large room with views of the mountains and the city center. Thank you, I recommend it.

They were in February 2024. The interior of the rooms is a scoop, there are no pots, pans, and stoves in the kitchens. That is, you cannot cook hot food in such kitchens. Heating - only electric heaters. The lights were turned off on the first night from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. On the second night from 2 to 9 o'clock and in the afternoon for several hours - respectively, it's freezing, without a TV, without a refrigerator, they don't care. The TV antenna does not perform its function - you will only be able to watch ads in Georgian. The plumbing is very old, the shower head pours everywhere, just not through the regular hole. The door on the floor (to the street) does not close and knocks in the wind at night.

I was vacationing with my family in August 2022 on the second floor.
The rooms are old, the staff only saw them when they checked in. The location is great.
Like it:
- location (there is a good restaurant nearby if you go towards the beach).
- 5-7 minutes to the sea, the beach area.
- there is a good eucalyptus park nearby (I recommend it for evening walks).
- there is always free parking near the hotel.
I didn't like it:
- the rooms are old, the furniture is old, everything is untidy.
- the toilet is not fixed to the floor (you can arrange jumps on it), there is fungus everywhere on the tiles in the restroom.
- mattresses of the old brand "springs in the ribs".
- the sofa is completely broken (see photo).
- there is no sound insulation, the walls are thin, the entrance doors are hollow.
- the air conditioner is not cleaned, it smells musty, apparently with a large coat of bacteria on the filter, we tried not to turn it on so as not to get sick.
- the most important thing is the NIGHT MOSQUITOES!!! In the presence of a leaky grid on the window, they somehow became active mainly at night. Take fumigators, otherwise you risk being bitten and not getting enough sleep in the night fight against mosquitoes.
The hotel is where I don't want to go back anymore.

All the amenities. The bathroom is combined with a shower cabin. Very clean. We were pleased with the location of one sleeping place on the second floor above the kitchenette)))). The air conditioner was present, but we did not use it-we were in the early days of May. The kitchenette had everything you needed, including a refrigerator and a microwave. The very attentive and caring hostess of this hotel. I've always tried to help. You can wash it-100 rubles. one load, powder them. The only disadvantage was that I had to constantly adjust the temperature of the water in the shower. I was constantly jumping, maybe the water pressure was bad. We were satisfied!!!
