Please read this review before ordering from this company! I always wrote all the papers myself, but I decided to transfer the writing of the diploma to specialists. The Deepstar company was found. I applied for a job, and within half an hour the operator had already called me with clarifying questions and completing the transaction. I sent all the information about the requirements for the thesis (dates, number of pages, sources, what should be in each chapter, etc.). After a while, they sent me chapter 1 (on time). Minor mistakes were made, I attributed them to the human factor. Then they sent chapter 2, already with a delay, so when I looked at this chapter, I was shocked. There are a lot of incoherent sentences, errors, and it feels like the requirements file wasn't opened at all. I had to send the chapter for revision and wait 14 days, although the requirements were sent initially, and for what reason do I have to wait 2 weeks if the author did NOT fulfill the requirements initially!?? In chapter 3, I needed an IT product and its description. Before signing the contract, I asked several times if you were writing IT products accurately, and they assured me that you were. As a result, the 3rd chapter was sent with a delay of, attention, 11 DAYS!!! Naturally, there was no question of any product there. And along with the 3rd chapter, they sent the 2nd, and guess what… That's right, nothing has been fixed, not a word! We can talk for a long time about the fact that of the 4 phones listed on the website and sent by the manager, none of them worked, about constant delays, etc., but let's move on.
