policy of this place.
We would like to express our great gratitude for the selection of the tour and the operational work of Turik Arina! Arina listened to our preferences and selected several options for countries and hotels based on our request.
By the way, during our communication, our request changed, then the number of people, then the country. Arina patiently, taking into account all the changing circumstances, provided the information we needed. All documents were received promptly and in an electronic form convenient for us. In addition, before departure, Arina sent detailed step-by-step instructions, so to speak, "held our route by the hand" at the airport in the country of departure and upon arrival. If you suddenly fly for the first time, or just anxious, you don't have to worry) everything is very clear! I have not seen such instructions before. With care:)
We were completely delighted with the vacation!

Thanks to Maria, we had a 100% rest for the first time in Turkey, Alanya, NUMA BAY hotel
I want to say that this is my FIRST vacation where I didn't get poisoned and felt really great without suffocating.
Hotel. Awesome Food, territory, animation. Everything we needed with the child. We hung out and slept until 11.
The staff are just lovely. Everyone is smiling, everyone is going to a meeting. After Egypt, it was just paradise for me. No one touches you, they don't reach into your pocket for tips brazenly. They are not imposed.
The sea, the beach. Despite the rocks, I liked that the entry into the sea is very smooth. With the baby, they easily went into the depths. There were always enough sun beds, there was no need to run and borrow from 7 a.m.
The bar is always and everywhere you can get cocktails, even if you take 5 pcs in your hands, no one will say anything. Ice cream in the public domain helped a lot with the child.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the territory. Even on the beach. We connected roaming, spent only 500 MB. It's super nowadays. I've never seen this anywhere)
It's good that I listened to you and went on the 20th. It was getting cooler in the evening every day. I think now it would be a little uncomfortable in the evening by the sea.
In general, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! The hotel is justified by every penny.
The husband, who is always happy everywhere (even in a hut), said that he would come back again and that this is his best vacation)

The unprecedented case of the plane being delayed for 11 hours due to the return to Sheremetyevo through the territory of Norway was covered even in the media. I don't know, you could have gone to the meeting, because you only had to drive up to the railway to refund money for 6 people, these are the rules of the railway when buying tickets paid through the ERIP. I will definitely not contact you anymore, because in a simple situation you just dumped us. Sps.
