As a result, after waiting for the promised deadline, no one contacted us. We typed it ourselves. It turned out that Mettal was detained at customs. Like, wait a little longer, it's not our fault. But they didn't even apologize to us! The husband, of course, was extremely unhappy, because the vacation was coming to an end. The store said they would call back to Machulishchi and contact us again. After waiting again, the husband called himself, but the calls simply stopped being answered. We are very sorry that we contacted this organization. This is the first time I've met a company that doesn't care so much about its image!!!
