On Saturday, one person works on the island, which is extremely inconvenient. We wanted to talk with the consultant as a family and choose a vacation tour. We waited 40 minutes. Two more people took up the queue behind us. After asking the consultant how long to wait, the answer was "exactly 30 minutes." We spat and went to another travel agency.

For more than 5 years, my family and I have been vacationing with the Travel Discounter company. In addition to excellent service, the company always offers TOP holidays, regardless of the amount you have. Anastasia, the manager from the office on Denisovskaya Street, works with us every time. We ask that only she leads us. Any consultation is a complete set of information, there are never "jambs" with documents. 24/7 support during the rest. Once I got sick during the rest, Nastya got all the guides and managers of the hotel on their feet. Together they brought a doctor to me and bought the necessary medicines. We went to Turkey in September 2019 through a Travel Discounter. It was made out at this point. The hotel was not the best, but we were not deceived about this. Everything was told absolutely honestly! Which is not always the case. We bought a burning tour, there was not much to choose from, but we recommended this particular hotel, because the location of the hotel is very profitable. Without spending extra money, we fully enjoyed the stunning nature, the sea and the sights, without buying expensive excursions (the hotel is within walking distance of key beauties). The transfer was also ordered at the agency, everything is on time, convenient and without questions. Thank you. Let's get some finance and come back again.
