I ordered a bike on diti.by . We discussed with the seller the timing and configuration. Since the bikes are coming from Europe, the seller said that the delivery time will be 1 month. The seller met the deadline, the bike arrived fully equipped and without damage. I am grateful to DT for the good work. I think I will make my next purchase from them. And I recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend not buying "to order" if you value your time. The deadlines are as vague as possible: first three weeks, then wait another week, then another one and a half. As a result, no one knows anything. Then the goods were not available, then they changed the carrier, then they are waiting for a carrier that is profitable for them, they say, it is very expensive. How this should concern the customer who placed an order with them, I still did not understand. Communication is 0 out of 10. No one will write or call you. The prepayment was refunded, but it's a pity for the time spent.

In 2019, I bought a Giant Fastroad bike in Diti. I have skated about 60 thousand km perfectly in 3.5 years. I would have driven more, but I found a crack in the frame.
I started driving around the workshops to gather opinions on what can be done. One of the craftsmen recommended trying to change the frame under warranty.
Such a sluggish correspondence began with the Giant factory, then with an official dealer in Moscow, they studied the problem for a long time and eventually decided to replace the old 4-year-old frame with a defect with a brand new 2022 model year.
And all the time, the Diti store refused the necessary support for communication with the dealer, bike shipments and other working moments. In general, we did not dismiss the old buyer, but on the contrary, thanks to my efforts, I got an almost new bike :)
You can safely order bicycles in this store!

I came to the store physically, to find out from several models, they said that everything was on order. They refused to answer the questions, saying that when you have already chosen and will order, then we will say what it costs and whether there is. Alas, they were the only ones who liked the model, so I decided to order it anyway. I waited 3 days for them to call me back whether they had this bike or not, and eventually I dialed myself. They said that they did not receive a response from the warehouse (let me remind you that 3 days have passed) and I canceled so as not to wait for who knows how long and what. In general, if there are analogues, I recommend contacting someone else, otherwise you can try to order from them, but be prepared to waste your time.
