The hotel is located in the city center, overlooking the cathedral, the bathroom is clean, there are no problems with the pressure and temperature of the water. The staff is polite.
Of the cons: there is a karaoke bar right under the windows, it is difficult to fall asleep at night because of the parties. A dangerous staircase leads to the rooms, in general, the condition of the rooms is not the first freshness. Breakfast is included, the food is of poor quality. The sliced cheese is cut right behind the counter using a hand instead of a chopping board.

The hotel is for tourists without complaints. I will note the advantages: polite, responsive staff. Good location. There are more disadvantages: there are not enough sockets in the room, there is no private light, only ceiling lighting, the door in the toilet did not close. But the main disadvantage, in my opinion, is the dirty tables in the breakfast area. The cats who live in the hotel walk around the tables and relieve themselves nearby. Maybe I'm being picky, but this is a hotel and it should be clean. They came to breakfast with their wet wipes, first wiped their table, then sat down. BUT, the smell of cat urine is constant. I don't usually write this, but the breakfasts are very modest. And for an amateur.

We stayed for one day.
There is no parking at the hotel, it will not be possible to leave the car on the street, and I did not want to because of worries about safety. We were recommended an underground parking nearby, it costs 25 GEL per day, thank you for the recommendation, it helped! I would like to highlight the courtesy and friendliness of the staff!
Now about the bad stuff.
The room was on the 2nd floor, there was no elevator, they were dragging heavy suitcases up a steep staircase - that's okay. The room itself is very small. We rented it for 3 people - one double bed and one single bed. There is nowhere to turn around in the room, there is very little space, everything is literally on top of each other, if you open the suitcase, there is no passage left. The mattresses are very soft, but not comfortable, you can feel literally every spring, the bed creaks. One bed is directly under the air conditioner, it was cold at night, I took a warm blanket (fortunately it was), tucked it into the duvet cover - it turned out that the zipper on the duvet cover was broken and the entire long side was open - this caused some discomfort. The cleanliness of the bed linen and towels leaves much to be desired - there are rusty stains on the towels. The bathroom is a separate story, a narrow shower stall, the bathroom was very stuffy and wet even before we started using it. There were only 2 shampoos and 2 Shower Gels of 50 ml for 3 people, there was nothing else, not even soap, toilet paper is already less than a roll. I was also very confused by the bathroom door - it has transparent glass and you can see the outline of a person inside and what he is doing 😳 The bathroom door does not fully open, rests against the bed.
I didn't like breakfast at all, we didn't even stay for it (although it was paid for), there were no seats at all, and there was no food either, by the time we arrived (at 9:40, breakfast started at 9) there were only a few spoons of salad, jam and hard-boiled eggs left.
Overall, an interesting experience and negative emotions from the stay. We will never stay in this hotel again, and we would not have stayed if we had known. We do not recommend it!
