I don't know how to describe it correctly, but in my case it caused more disappointment. 5 years and 2 months ago, I ordered the most expensive energy-saving windows for the whole house (with a 5-year warranty) - while the windows were being repaired, I did not pay attention to the windows, after the repair was completed, the glasses were washed and 11 packages turned out to be dirty inside, they were sent to all 4 sides to replace the packages under warranty , BECAUSE the warranty ended 2 months back, although they themselves admitted that it was a factory defect . After the discussions, they began to refer to the lack of a contract in my hands, leading to the fact that I did not order from them at all, since there are no documents in my hands. I do not advise you to contact them, but if you still had to deal with them, then demand and save all the documents so as not to get into the money with their low-quality expensive products.
