We bought furniture from this company. We paid 100%. The delivery was refused due to the high cost and questionable type of delivery (HITCHHIKING). The seller promised that the furniture would be disassembled, packed and loaded into the car (they found the delivery car themselves). When we arrived to pick up, none of the above was done, we had to load the UNPACKED FURNITURE ourselves (the pillow was stained during transportation, very badly). We contacted the salon with claims, they answered and will call back on Monday. The director himself called back, a boor from a boor, using obscene expressions, tried to explain why he did not fulfill the conditions of disassembly, packaging and loading of furniture qualitatively. Conclusion: DO NOT MAKE A 100% PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT THE SELLER HAS POSITIVE REVIEWS.
