Good afternoon! We are having a rest with my wife at the moment here! Everything is fine! The hotel, the service ... The staff is sooo polite, friendly, and does not speak Russian badly. If they do not understand something, they immediately run to look for someone to help translate... There is a huge selection of food and drinks in the restaurant, the waiters serve instantly. The table is cleared in a split second. The tablecloth and cutlery are all rearranged for each guest, and wet wipes are mandatory. Tea, coffee, and drinks are offered and brought. I remember one of the waiters, Cihangir Firtina, despite his age, he will give any young man a head start, everything and everything is under control!!!
Pool bar, on the beach it's not just drinks and alcohol, hot second courses, salads, fruits.... Just to kill....
Once again, the staff is insanely polite and caring...
It's the same on the beach, you don't have time to go to the chaise longue and they will immediately put a mattress and wipe it, but most importantly without extortion and hints of tips!!! They appeared out of nowhere and also disappeared, but if you left them for tea, they will thank you a thousand times....
The animation is aimed at children, I watched from the outside how they run around with children, entertain, but in the evenings they do not forget about the adult contingent.
There are many shops in the area (although not all are open yet due to the start of the season) with various goods, as they say, for every taste, color and purse. Friendly sellers, with whom you can repeat and bargain.... Although in one of them we came across a pure boor, but this is a small thing like himself...

Vacation from May 4 to May 10, 2025. The hotel left mixed impressions. It seems to be not bad, but it feels like the hotel is tired, they save a lot.

A wonderful hotel. The only drawback is sooooo far from the airport. But in general, everything is fine. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and the children are treated very well. Plenty of food. The hotel is clean. We flew in April, we didn't swim in the pools, the water was very cold in them, we could at least make a heated children's pool. It was warmer at sea.

We had a vacation with children aged 2 and 10. One of the disadvantages is that if there is no transfer, you can't take a bus from the airport, only a taxi, and it's very expensive.
The room was small, but clean and cozy, with views of the sea, the mountains and the neighboring hotel. It is very close to the sea and in a straight line, there are no slides. There is always food, you don't have to worry that breakfast or lunch will end-in the snack bar you can fully eat not only fast food (which is very tasty there), but also salads and kebabs. There is not much variety, but everything is of good quality. The hotel is located on the second line, it takes about three minutes to walk to the beach of the hotel, you do not need to cross the roads. There is a pier on the beach. We took an ultra all inclusive for 2 adults and 2 children, which was about 225 for 12 days. Upon check-in, we were offered a 2-room room for $ 300, we refused, but they paid $ 150 with the best view of the pool and the sea, because the view was supposedly included in our package on the neighboring balcony of another building. The room is cleaned, but just from above and that's it, we had sand and small stones in our shower for almost 7 days, which were left on our swimsuits and on our chests from the beach.
The mini bar is not refilled, there were 2 0.2 Cokes and forfeits at check-in, and that's it. 1.5 liters of water is brought every other day. Coffee, glasses, and sugar won't be allowed until you ask for it. They also left tips from $ 2 to $ 5 for 6-7 days, then stopped, after the relationship. We rested at this hotel , May 2024 , the advantages are polite staff, smiling , good-natured , special thanks to the hotel for the staff .. The hotel is simply gorgeous! Solid 5+!! Everything is at the highest level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in immediately upon arrival. A very beautiful hotel. Magnificent pools. There is a water park on the territory, there are only three slides, but I'll tell you there are plenty of them! And the most important trump card is the kitchen! For all tastes and colors. And in the main restaurant and on the food court by the pool and on the food court by the sea, the food is just a bomb! Even when there is no more room, you still want another piece of yummy food. And of course, a lot of drinks, juices, cocktails, etc.. Fire animation. There are all kinds of contests, games, performances all the time.
The rooms are very decent with free safe and WiFi. The whole family was satisfied.

I really liked the hotel, even during the course you realize that everything will be cool! Not a very large area, but well-groomed and green, lots of palm trees. There are slides and pools for children. The disco does not interfere at all, since it takes place in the amphitheater and you can't hear it from the balcony. There is a lot of food and delicious. You can eat all day, even on the beach, even at the pool, all sorts of snacks, burgers, French fries, nuggets, ice cream.It is simply not possible to stay hungry. An honest review.
1. Food. The food is basically normal, you can eat enough. The mashed potatoes look like they're powdered. A lot of spicy, sour stuff. Salads are mostly with a sour taste. The cakes are delicious. Soups are mostly in the form of mashed potatoes. They often make kebabs and so on, it's delicious. The sauces are interesting.
2. Ala'karth. Everything is neat, drinks are served. First, the soup is mashed, delicious. Then a snack. Then they gave what they asked for. Attention! The children were asked for chicken, they brought it, it was very spicy!!! 🤯🤯🤯 It was disappointing. The dessert was delicious. But the children had to be fed a regular buffet.
3. Pools and grounds. Everything is clean, there are no complaints, I liked everything 👍
4. Cleaning of rooms. We drove into a dirty room, the floors are sticky, the ashes are lying around. After several reminders at the reception, we finally had our room cleaned. Our room was mostly cleaned in the evening. But, lo and behold, mirrors are not washed at all!!! The bed is only changed (!) on request. The ashtray was changed only on the 2nd day of stay, and then not. The beds were not made. There's dark hair everywhere in the shower, even though I'm blonde. Cleaning for 2.
5. Lobby, reception. There is a normal shift where clear guys work. And there is..a young man with glasses who can't solve any problem. They asked for a cot, a potty, and a stroller upon arrival. Do you think they gave us something? No. They write on the websites that they give us on request, but they didn't give us any promises all the time: "right now I'll write ..." and that's it.
6. Children's club. The website says work from 10 to 19. As a result, 2 times a day for 2 hours. Two girls are working, in short skirts, barely speaking Russian, only with a translator. But it's a plus for them that they took the youngest child (2.5 years old) for an hour. And so they entertain well, the children like it. Good.
7. Animation. In principle, it is normal. Funny guys will cheer you up easily. Paid lotteries, sweepstakes. Free children's dances with girls from the 6th point. The shows are different every day. Sundays are closed.
8. The market is nearby. They say that there is a discount, but you can find it 2 times cheaper in the hotel itself downstairs. It is impossible to return the product, even on the day of purchase. Be prepared for this.
9. Slides. They work by the hour. A few hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. The rest of the time they are closed.
10. The beach. Small pebbles, only soft drinks and beer on the beach. Wi-Fi is catching.
11. Entering the sea... Disgusting. The stove, you can break your legs. It is better to go to a few beaches to the left and it will be better there, but you can not occupy sun beds there, only on the sand, since they belong to a different hotel. But you can be on the sand and swim.
By the way, you can go behind the concrete slab to the right and there is a normal approach, sand.
12. Audibility in the room... Very good. You can hear everything that happens at the neighbors, as well as the water drain and so on. This is a direct minus.
13. A huge minus!!! They do not give food with them on the way back, they said they eat breakfast at 00:00, but there is not even a normal sandwich to make, except for not tasty sausage, cheese of 1 type and vegetables there is nothing at this time.
14. Snack bar. Delicious burgers, waffles and everything else. Onion rings are a little dry, but delicious.
15. Bar. The most delicious coffee in the lobby. The cocktails are normal, the beer is delicious, the juices are too.
In principle, the hotel is good, but not 5 stars.
Will I come here again? It's unlikely, I'll probably choose another hotel.

Clean hotel, good service, many of the staff know Russian, the menu is constantly updated with meat, grilled fish, chicken,on the beach the bar offers beer cocktails pizza, burger, fruit, a variety of cocktails at the pool bar. Excellent work of the restaurant staff and the manager.there is a TV in the room, but we did not turn it on, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, toilet was cleaned, towel was changed and bed, hammam, sauna for free from 12-15.

We had a rest from July 20 to July 30, 2024.
We arrived at the hotel closer to 10.00, the girls were greeted at the reception, put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. The official check-in is after 14.00, but they promised to check in after 11.00. We did not ask for money for earlier check-in:)
We checked in after breakfast, for which we are very grateful to the hotel, because the night flight exhausted us.
Room on the 1st floor with a view of the surrounding area. The room has a large double and single beds, a small sofa. The mattresses are very comfortable, clean, with mattress pads...We slept and had fun. The pillows are a little pumped up, but I'm taking a little of my own.
The TV was on. There are Russian channels. TNT, NTV. In the bathroom: gel, shampoo, soap, shower cap, hygiene kit (discs, sticks). Slippers. There are no bathrobes. There is no conditioner (balm) for hair either. The safe is free of charge. A minibar on the first day with soda, then only water in 1.5 l bottles is added.
Cleanliness in the hotel for 4.
There may be problems with the removal of sewage, because periodically it "smelled" (toilets next to the reception, near the restaurant, in the spa). Everything else is washed and cleaned as much as possible. Flower beds are weeded, watered, and the infrastructure is monitored.
Room cleaning is mediocre. Change towels, add consumables, wipe the floor. That's all. That was enough for us. The air conditioner was working properly. Sometimes they opened the balcony at night, but there was a stupid dog that started yapping at 4 o'clock in the morning.
Nutrition: they feed almost the whole day, the main restaurant is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool bar with fast food, pizzas and waffles. Desserts are served right there at 16.00. A bar on the beach, similar to the one on the pool. Fruits are everywhere (apples, pears, bananas, watermelons, melons, nectarines). Everything is fresh. You definitely can't stay hungry here. The meat is different, the cooking methods are also stewed, fried. A large selection of desserts.
I can't say about alcohol, because I always drink only beer - they're OK with that). The beach bar serves only soda (fanta, Cola, ice tea) and beer. My son wanted a mojito - they asked for 8 euros.
The cleanliness of the dishes is 4. It happened to be unwashed, it was changed. Here you need to be careful yourself. I universally use a straw so as not to lick the glasses.
Spa. We signed up for a classical program upon arrival. I always go to the hotel hamams, even if it is more expensive, but this generally reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests. At one time, we visited the Ottoman and Hanzade from the guides and we don't even need such hamams for nothing anymore.
We had an appointment at the hammam in the morning, We did everything well, washed, crumpled, and treated with tea.
I purposefully took massages, they do an honest hour on the whole body and face. I went to see a Thai girl. Despite the fact that she is so small, her hands are wow) I recommend it!
In general, they probably have the nicest people in the SPA, lobby bar and a nice guy on kebabs). Otherwise, it's 50/50, some people openly turn their muzzle at the Russians, or pretend that they don't understand. It's unpleasant.
Animation did not interest us, I cannot comment on the work of the team, because we often spent time outside the hotel and on the beach.
A beach with a pier, convenient for those who like to jump. There are plenty of sun beds, no need to run in the morning with a towel to take a seat. The guys with umbrellas and sun beds are also great. The umbrella will be rearranged three times if you are baking. At 17.30, mattresses and umbrellas begin to be collected, garbage is removed, glasses, dishes are removed in a timely manner.
Bottom. And the bottom is their "bottom". Not very convenient. A small embankment and then boulders. It's better to wear slippers. About the ditch that people write in their reviews- yes, that's right, it's there. A couple of days from our vacation, the sea was stormy. Garbage floated and smelled of gasoline. We didn't swim.
Sellers of "banana parachute" and furs are not intrusive. Delicately refused, they will not bother you anymore, for which the hotel is also a big plus!
In conclusion, I would like to say that we have experience of staying in hotels approximately equal to this pricing policy (Dima Biz, PGS, FunSun, Noxxin Deluxe, Hedef do not take into account, because of their stupidity they fell into this "dump") and Dysalia pleased me. Its small, compact and well-maintained territory, food, location, spa and beach. But one fat minus in relation to the Russians will not allow me to make a choice in favor of Dysalia next time.

But... It's like the beach was inherited from my grandmother: narrow, sandwiched between hedges of bushes and a net covered with banners, and on the water there is a narrow entrance between the piers of neighboring beaches, well, a storm drain coming out on the beach from under the slabs into the sea, the water is clean, odorless, probably draining from the hotel pool, but the beach does not decorate... The sea with the beach, where the storm drain pipe flows right on the beach, and the sea, which is supposedly sand and stones after 2 meters- look at the photos on Google reviews.. and the funny thing is that the hotel is everywhere with photos supposedly around greenery, it's Photoshop! The hotel is being built surrounded by 9-storey hotels on one side and townhouse hotels on the other. Choose other places, it's not worth it.

We rested at the hotel from 04/29/06/05. Two adults and two children. We arrived at night and settled in quickly. Instead of a standard room, we were given a two-room family room. The room on the 3rd floor has a view from the balcony to the road and the hotels opposite. Of course, you can hear the road even at night, but it didn't bother us, we slept without hind legs. Since the season hadn't quite started yet, there weren't many guests, I don't know what will happen in the season. There were always plenty of sun loungers by the pool and by the sea. The food is not very diverse, but everything is delicious. Lots of sweets. There is always a turkey chicken and one kind of fish. The only few fruits are apples, oranges and grapefruit. During the day, the snack bar by the pool and on the beach prepares pizza, burgers, nuggets, fries, salad and pastries. The territory, although small, is very beautiful, there is a place to walk. There is a mini zoo with goats and chickens for children. Animation in the evening every day: First, a children's mini disco. Thanks Murat and Lasha - everyone gets kids, even those who didn't want to dance. Special thanks to Lasha for the evenings at the piano. The entrance to the sea is large sand. You can enter the sea from the pier. Our water was cool at 19-20 degrees, but we swam and the children in the pool too. There is an indoor heated swimming pool with a children's area. There are many shops outside the hotel. You can walk to the observation deck from the mountain ( 30 minutes walk) you will not regret the beauty there. The problems in the room were solved immediately. Cleaning every day. It seemed to be clean. I didn't go through the room with a magnifying glass and didn't look for a speck of dust. The hotel has guests from England, Belarus, Poland, the Baltic States, Germany and probably half from Russia. There was no bias towards anyone from the receptionist, waiters in the bar and restaurant - everyone was on an equal footing. And in general, the hotel seemed cozy and family-friendly. Playing darts, volleyball on the beach, contests around the pool somehow brought everyone together. In general, if you are not a very picky tourist, you will like the hotel. We will definitely come back. Thanks everyone.

Watch out for rotavirus!!! The hotel is not bad: the food, animation, cleanliness of the rooms are all super, but there are not enough on the beach, there is a problem with water pressure, i.e. after the sea you have to hold the button to rinse yourself somehow, there is no bottled water in free access [it must be constantly asked at the reception or when the room is cleaned, ] the water that It's not like it's in bottles at the bar. We had a rest from April 22 to April 30
The transfer from the airport takes 3 hours and you need to be ready for this.
The number was given immediately. The room itself is excellent, spacious, balcony, dryer, safe, refrigerator. But, our air conditioner was not working! The staff came 4 times and did not fix it. We got into very bad weather, so we wanted to heat the room, and not the other way around :) I asked for 4 blankets and we didn't freeze)
There is always something to choose from!
We did not swim in the sea, nor in the pool. The territory is small. Five minutes from the hotel there is a 50 bus stop, which takes 30 minutes to get to Alanya, which we did every evening, going there for dinner and a walk.
An amazing musician plays the piano in hotels 2 times a week :)
A lot of sweets are very Swedish, I've never eaten them in Turkey before, this time I liked them straight.
It seems to me that the hotel corresponds to its price, but not to the stardom. We took a tour 2 days before departure and it turned out very cheap, so I did not pin my hopes on the hotel. But this, of course, is not the Turkish five :)
I would not go here for 100 thousand for a week, 17 thousand per person per week, as we have : excellent :)

The hotel is not bad, but boring. There are a lot of Germans and some other not particularly polite and unpleasant foreigners who have absolutely no respect for the work of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Almost all tourists bring food to the rooms from the restaurant, for me it's wild. The area is small but well maintained, except for the toilets behind the pool bar, there is dirt and stink. At night, the same foreigners scream and thump under the windows almost until the morning. The food is decent, the rooms are cleaned normally.

Vacationing with my wife! A spontaneous choice of a hotel! We didn't regret it! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a house. the bed) the room was cleaned every day! The food is varied and delicious! There is more choice of food on the Turkish Night holiday! The animators are trying their best! Special thanks to Luka, Yulia, Metekhan and Lasha)) Well done guys! The sea is 3 minutes away! The sea is warm, but the approach, which does not depend on the hotel, is rocky! In the evening, every day there are animated dances from the dancers, and then they call you to the disco. We haven't gone out once! Overall, the rest was a success! There were few guests, not crowded))) Everything is peaceful and friendly! Children also have their own entertainment! We took bicycles, they are standing next to the security booth! For the first time, a day is free (on bail) and a day later (the guys from the other shift asked for money in an hour) it's strange!!! In general, the hotel is 5 stars! We are satisfied! We took a tour of Cappadocia) 2 days minus and it's even good, some variety) I advise everyone!!!

A chic room fund, trained unobtrusive staff who speak Russian poorly. The restaurant is beyond praise. Well-thought-out well-groomed territory.
