A great House of Culture. There are many sections and circles. It is adjacent to a wonderful modern park and the best swimming pool in the city.

I really like it!!! Even though the situation in the city is not quite calm, the Palace of Culture works and accepts children to different sections and clubs.

Dk and yes, it was built by captured Germans, then it collapsed and ours were already rebuilt. It's a shame that the wrestling hall was removed.
