We have been traveling with DL - Navigator for several years. Everything is always high-quality and reliable. Specifically about the last tour: New Year's Eve in Strasbourg. The tour exceeded expectations, and we saw many beautiful places. Due to the relatively good border crossing, a visit to Wroclaw was a bonus. We have visited Germany, Switzerland, France. There are no overlaps in all places of stay, well-organized excursions, and plenty of free time. I wish DL - Navigator company prosperity and good customers. You are professionals in your field. Special thanks to Yulia, who accompanied us along the entire route. Julia is a great guy, I will be glad to travel with such a professional in the future. A few days ago I returned from a trip "Azure vacation! Cannes!" Arranged the trip at the office of "DL-Navigator" on the street.Revolutionary, Anastasia's manager. I would like to express my gratitude for the good organization of the trip. The result exceeded expectations. For older tourists, there are seats in front of the bus, Wonderful accommodation by the sea in the Cannes area. It was an apartment hotel, where the kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with everything necessary, comfortable beds, a loggia with furniture and a clothes dryer, air conditioning. There are several decent free beaches within walking distance, as well as the beautiful ancient city of Antibes and the Picasso Museum. I would also like to thank our guide Vladimir for the wonderful tour support and care for his travelers. All the excursions were on top. In addition to the program, we visited Monaco and Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Today we returned from a bus tour from St. Petersburg. This trip left ambiguous feelings. The excursions themselves are interesting, informative, there are many magnificent beautiful places that you want to visit more than once on your own, without flying "vAlAsI" back due to the fact that time is limited. As for the tour operator itself....Everything is bad here. We left in the evening at 5.30 pm, it was insanely stuffy in the provided bus (which did not have air conditioning)..Night has fallen, we are all frozen!!! On the first day in this crematorium, we suffered in the stuffiness. There was only a kind of "blow-up" on the bus...The seats are hard and uncomfortable. The bus is not designed at all for such long trips. Definitely! As far as I remember, the contract states a comfortable Euro class bus!!!! On the
second day, our guide's phrase smiled - if it's very hot-you say-the driver will twist something there and it will be easier for you...And yesterday what? Was it cold in the afternoon? Organizational issues also arose unpleasant.
We decided for ourselves that this was our first and last trip with this tour operator!

The most miserable tour operator I've ever dealt with. Customers are not considered human after the moment of payment. The attitude is disgusting. The wish for places for the trip was not taken into account, lying blindly that they did not buy side seats in the cars. And on the day of departure, they said that they had not voiced such wishes. Manager Elena is the most terrible manager in the entire history of my travels. I highly recommend not contacting her. I hope that the review will help people make the right choice.
