Awful. The service is at a level such that there is no limit to outrage. The rooms have not been serviced properly for years. The furniture is old, it is breaking apart before our eyes. The wallpaper moves away from the walls. The corridors are cluttered with old furniture. The rooms have no amenities (toilet, bath) and are located at the end of the corridors. There was a bathroom in our room, faulty. There is only goosebumps-cold water in the room. Toilet paper, soap and other accessories are not provided. There is no normal wardrobe in the room. Tube TVs with cable TV, which work very slowly and in the current realities of such a quality TV is outrageous. The staff asks stupefying questions every time they leave: where are you going? And for how long? And how long do you intend to stay with us? In a word, it is terrible and disgusting. I do not recommend visiting and staying. The owner of the hotel is Bykhovsky housing and Communal Services. Prices for accommodation in such conditions are definitely unreasonably high and require a reduction.
Cheap, simple, I think the photos will say everything for themselves, if you need to spend the night , then the option is acceptable , especially since the hotel works around the clock , the staff is friendly , polite , friendly , the institution clearly requires modern repairs, or at least restoration, so that you can fully plunge into the era of the USSR.
I called and booked in advance. Room for two adults and two children. They said on the phone that the room would cost 60 rubles, and upon arrival they requested 90 ((( you can spend the night, but expensive rooms for such conditions.
I've been thinking for a long time about what kind of assessment to put, I really would not like to downplay the efforts of the staff to compensate for the shortcomings of the institution itself.. But I'm still for an honest assessment of the situation, I don't want to put 4-5 stars just for having at least this..
The hotel is a scoop in its worst sense. The room stock is impossibly old, and resembles a Soviet dormitory at a factory. The shower room is one per floor (and looks like it hasn't been repaired much since the 80s), in a block of 2 rooms there is a shared toilet and a washbasin, well at least that way. The doors are so old that they are askew and do not close without effort, in addition they creak wildly.
The staff does everything they can to make you comfortable, but they are not wizards..
This is probably the worst hotel that exists in the Mogilev region, the toilet and shower are located in the corridor. The room has a washbasin with only cold water.
People, go around and go around this place! There is no hot water, the taps in the washbasin will be terribly touched by the flood. TV BT, in-te barely. A portion of soap, three coils of toilet paper on the sleeve.Yes, the staff is very polite and courteous!! 👍😃😃The administration would do well to think about it. Make repairs as soon as possible.😩
Remnants of former luxury , nothing superfluous in the room , beds , wardrobe , table , 2 chairs , 2 bedside tables , toilet at the end of the corridor , fans of time travel and Spartan conditions will like it , and so of course the longing is green .
A terrible place for your money, just that the staff "on watch" is friendly and welcoming.Low-class and medium-class rooms are squeaky beds to the point of bleeding in the ears, this is a toilet at the end of the corridor, this is one shower room for the entire floor and it all costs from 15.45 BEL.rubles per person...
