The hotel is located in the center, this is a big plus, but the fact that the hotel is a state-owned enterprise is felt. The quality of the standard rooms was luxury in 1993. The rooms are more expensive-much more interesting and more recent. The prices are very high. Excellent view of the city from the high floors.

The standard is very simple. Without a mini-bar, tea slippers and shoe polish. But cheap. A magnificent zavrak and a beer hall.
