The hotel is located in the center, this is a big plus, but the fact that the hotel is a state-owned enterprise is felt. The quality of the standard rooms was luxury in 1993. The rooms are more expensive-much more interesting and more recent. The prices are very high. Excellent view of the city from the high floors.
The hair dryer is broken, the iron is dirty in the dirty ironing room, in September the temperature in the room was 32 degrees, the staff solved the problem for 2 hours, kept it in limbo, but did nothing.

It seems that it is not bad for this money and location.
Be careful during the holidays: Khreshchatyk is blocked and you just can't approach the hotel (a couple of kilometers around with suitcases is a dubious pleasure).
Excellent helpdesk and staff, fast room service.
