As a bonus at the checkout, I was offered to take a special hand cream with a 45% discount. I take everything in a good mood, they clarify the availability of a bonus card, of course I do not have it, after which they count the goods at full price without warning. I pay and realize that the amount exceeds the stated amount. The seller not only did not warn about this, did not offer to get a card, but also sniffed a "promotional" cream at full cost, deceiving me. My mother was next to me, she has a bonus card, When I offered to solve the issue, punch a check for her, or get me a card and try these creams, they refused me, although they had no right to refuse! I can legally return the product, but I was refused this. It's not that I overpaid, but the arrogance and incompetence of the sellers who violate the law and my rights as a consumer.

Due to the incorrect behavior of sellers, I contacted online support. They wrote that they would figure it out. There has been no response for 2 months now.
I ordered a body balm online to order. They said it would be in 2 weeks. My order is still on the way. Since the moment of the order, the support service has disappeared. The balm has been going on for 3 months.
Previously, along with purchases (in Minsk, for sure), at least 3 samples were invested. Now, until you ask, they will not offer or put anything, especially themselves. Apparently, everything is being sorted out by the store administration.
The service and attitude towards customers are disgusting!!!
