On 07/16/2023, the Toshiba 1TB hard drive was paid off in DNS, less than a year after operation, the disk failed - the PC stopped recognizing it. Under warranty, I brought it to the DNS store. The on-site consultant told me that when submitting for warranty repair, the data on the disk will be lost and it is advisable to first carry out their transfer yourself. I took the disk to a service center, where it was confirmed to be repairable. The data was restored (for 3 times the cost of the disk ...). After that, I went back to the same store and handed over the disc according to act KhP1-125. Today, I was refused a refund due to the opening of the disk. Explain the situation - I acted according to the instructions of your store, how to interpret your actions then - sabotage or deception.
