Everything was delivered within the stated 2 hours, but, unfortunately, not complete: 1 of the ordered filters was either forgotten to be included in the order package, or the courier also lost or forgot in the rush. My spouse took the order, but she didn't pay attention to it.
As a result, on the same day on of.On the website, I filled out a feedback form with a description of the situation and a request to either refund the money for the missing filter, or send it back.
They answered the next day, as quickly and politely as possible, without unnecessary questions and bureaucracy, a la "and you prove", which distinguishes DNS (at least this branch) from many sellers.
After that, they also quickly delivered the incomplete set within a couple of hours.
I would give 10 points, but technically I can only give 5 ;)
Avoid this store if you don't want problems with them. All their equipment is defective. We bought refrigerators from them, on the same day it began to rattle and make noise, the freezer also drives. We decided to return them immediately, in any store a refund of 14 days. And they say there is no such thing, supposedly wait 30 days for the masters to check. Well, I agree that they should check, but not for 30 days. We've been arguing with them so much, it's terrible.
A good store recently bought a slow cooker, it broke down and I was told to contact this store! So immediately after 2 weeks they fixed it! There are young guys working there, they are not very friendly, but they fixed it in general, thank you

Here it is no longer clear to them the claim, or to the manufacturer, but he does not drive the claimed 10 km on one charge, after 5 the last division flashes. In principle, 1 trip to school is enough, but sometimes you need to go to music additionally, in this case, the charge is no longer enough.

I bought headphones, used them for a week -it turned out to be defective- they have been in the service for 2.5 months-no response, no greetings.

I ordered 3 positions (one of the positions of the video card), waited 10 days for it to arrive, they called in the evening after 18, I did not hear, I missed the call. At the same time, the order has not been canceled, and 2 other positions are lying. Apparently, the video card turned out to be badly needed by someone.
