I took a TV, a sauna bar. Everything has been working for 2 years now. I recommend it. The prices are slightly lower than in other stores. I took the TV set-top box, I didn't like it, I returned it without any problems.
I bought a hair clipper, the consultant explained everything clearly and competently, the price suited me, I have been using it for 3 months -I am satisfied with the purchase
I consider DNS to be an advanced seller in terms of product selection and price. The bottom line is that you can touch and check the selected product. More than once I bought computer accessories from them, I even took an ironing board somehow. Well done, the prices do not bend
Everyone has their own way, but I had quite a positive experience with this store, because I always came with a specific request and knew what I wanted, the staff tried to help with the purchase.
I bought an electric kettle in April, it broke down in July. The kettle was taken to identify the circumstances of the breakdown for a period of 2 weeks to 1 month, to my indignation, the seller even suggested at some point that kettles are such a fragile thing that the buyer can break it himself, and the kettle must be thoroughly investigated. It turns out that they do not have specialists in Karaganda and they send equipment to Astana, hence the timing of such replacement / repair of ordinary kettles. Decide for yourself if you need such a service.
P.S. it is interesting that in the Russian Federation they also send kettles to Moscow for repair.
A good store. Quickly served. Prices are much lower than in technodome or sulpak. I really liked the -20% promotion. I hope there will be discounts for ng, I will definitely come. I recommend
1. Service at 0. Consultants cannot be reached, they stand laughing like horses on the sidelines, do not approach customers at all. When we went and selected the product ourselves, a consultant clung to us as we approached the checkout with a request to break through this sale to him. They will choose according to the ad, then people suffer.
2. 09/27/21 we bought an Indesit refrigerator in this store. Less than two weeks after he was brought home, he burned down. For some reason, the delivery is not free as in all stores, but it cost 3000.
3. The service centers in the warranty card, which is issued in this store, are closing. No one came to us for the refrigerator, we had to take it to the store ourselves. It's also money and nerves spent.
4. As a result, we have to wait at least 45 days for the refrigerator to be repaired, this is not counting how long it stood there, they refused to issue a refund to us.
5. I recorded on a dictaphone the bellowing of a consultant, an administrator (I don't know who he is there), he couldn't really say anything, he was absolutely not literate, he just couldn't help with anything, he couldn't change the decision of the service center.
6. We paid 148,000 tenge for our mistake, for the refrigerator, and separately the cost of a freight taxi.
7. My advice to those who want to buy equipment there, think a hundred times and go to a normal store. DNS attracts with its low prices, most likely they sell either a product that was previously used, after repair, or one that has not passed quality control. Chewed gum was found in our refrigerator. They did not immediately attach importance to this.
As they say, a miser pays twice. Don't make our mistake.
