We visited twice in 4 days. Once in a separate room, I liked everything, the food was delicious, the sound was good. Everything is comfortable and clean, the staff and the receptionist are friendly. It was nice that we went to a meeting and gave a reservation without prepayment, we are guests in Almaty and it was difficult to transfer. We had a great time.
The second evening we were in the common room, we also liked everything: the interior, microphones, conveniently located screens. The music receptionist and the waiter are very pleasant and polite.
