This is a good Turkish 5* but not a real 5*.
We came from Germany and were provided the room 1566. The hotel territory is huge and beautiful and well maintained. My husband got a small surprise on his birthday: a cake, fruits and wine. Uninterrupted food supply is of a good quality. Food is delicious and freshly cooked. Very clean. In the evening we enjoyed the lobby area and were provided popcorn and strawberry. The cocktails quality was low. Therefore, we ordered just water and wine. Coffee was tasty. In the lobby they had professional coffee maker.
The main breakfast include fresh orange juice, Russian pancakes, oat porridge, semolina porridge, rice porridge, waffels, cottage cheese, seasonal fruits.
I was satisfied with the hotel staff except guest relation department. I can explain: when we asked them something or gave feedback we were told either to call 7777 or go to the reception. Why you can’t do it if you are guest relation? Weird.
The most weird was 13 Feb between 11:30 am and 12 pm. Our Reiseleiter told us that we can order breakfast box for early excursion and we requested it. But we got a notice that it was only possible to pick it up - until to 7 am! Otherwise we should visit a breakfast area. It didn’t meet my expectations and it was unpleasant surprise to get this kind of answer. His attitude was unfriendly not only for us but for other guests as well.
I want express my gratitude to the staff at the restaurant - awesome service.
Unfortunately there was no animation and shows. Animation team is total Katastrophe! All of them are very rude, impolite, don‘t speak good neither English, German nor Russian! We found them only at day #8 in the corner of the bar drinking cocktails. Unbelievable!
There was even no background music. Seems the hotel try to save money.
We spent our holiday like mourning. I may return here to retirement, but not in the next 20 years for sure. Don’t recommend for young people up to 45 :)

Assessment based on the winter concept. A great place for a winter vacation. There is a swimming pool and a heated water park, as well as a spa. Very convenient location of the water park for winter recreation, just a few meters from the entrance to the spa. The food is good, the menu is very varied, the same thing for a week, it's definitely not about Dobedan. The cuisine is as close as possible to Russian, there is borscht and white bread with all kinds of fillings, it's not a problem to feed a child, in summer it's probably even more diverse and more. In winter, the hotel is a third full, the area across the street is closed, so it's very comfortable to spend time, there are no crowds and queues. The territory is not very large, but everything is conveniently located. The entrance to the sea looks like gentle sand with small pebbles. In terms of the beauty of nature and the sea, Belek is much inferior to Kemer. Our cleaning was good, without any comments. In general, the staff is trying very hard. It's a great option for winter. It can be a little crowded in summer. The village is well maintained, you can take a walk.

We really liked it! A wonderful hotel, lots of sports and various activities on site. A clean beach with a pier. There are enough sun loungers, although ours, as always, throw towels, take sun beds and leave)) but it was still comfortable and we could always find a place. A good entry into the sea, the children bought up and jumped off the pier. We were in all the pools. Slides are for the little ones and for those who are older. We played table tennis and a large, good fitness club with all the equipment. The pools were heated, and if it was cool (we had just arrived on November 4) we went to warm up in the hammam and sauna with the children. I liked the Turkish soap massage and peeling. In general, good specialists work at the Jasmine spa. The food is very varied, there are many cafes and restaurants. A lot of fish, seafood, even borscht was served)) small but comfortable rooms for a family of 4 people. Clean, comfortable, green and close to the airport, 40 minutes on the way if the road is busy. I really liked the Russian-speaking staff in restaurants and bars. Girls are animators, aqua aerobics professionals and just "lighters", clever girls. Unfortunately, we did not agree with the tour service, Pegasus did not find time for us, well, okay, we had a great time at the hotel and went to The land of Legends by ourselves. We are thrilled, we want to return to Dobedan 😁

We had a vacation in August 2024.
A great hotel for a family holiday. Beautiful territory. You definitely won't stay hungry. The main restaurant has a varied selection of food. There are about 10 types of olives alone. They cook borscht, which is a huge plus. You can also eat at night. The night buffet is open.
The room is cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. The reception staff is Russian-speaking. The minibar in the room is also great (all inclusive). The children's pool is decent. Animators have a separate advantage.
The beach is stone-sand. There are different concerts or circus shows every evening. I take a star for the fact that during lunch and dinner I had to walk for a long time with a plate and look for an empty table. Sooo many visitors.

I want to share my impressions of a recent hotel stay in Turkey. Everything went great! First of all, I would like to mention the work of the staff – the guys are incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Special thanks for the cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel – it feels like every guest is being taken care of here.
The food is beyond praise: a variety of dishes, fresh food and excellent service. Everyone will find something to their liking! Animation is also excellent – the programs are interesting and unobtrusive.
The beach is clean, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the sea is a real fairy tale. Thanks to the entire staff of the hotel for their professionalism and warm attitude. Thanks to you, the rest has become truly unforgettable! We will definitely come again!

We were at the hotel from October 17 to October 24, 2024.
Excellent (in modern times) value for money. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The territory is well maintained, the locations are well thought out.
The food was fresh and delicious, and strawberries, watermelons and other fruits were served for dinner every day.
The beach is clean and comfortable.
The rooms are renovated and comfortable enough. We were unpleasantly surprised by the "tired" bed linen and towels, as well as a very old hair dryer, which is difficult to dry even short hair.

A great hotel that turned out to be a great place to stay out of season and exceeded our expectations. We stayed from March 19 to March 27, 2025. Most of all, I remember the excellent service and attitude of all the staff at the hotel. It's great that there are heated pools. There is a large water park with a heated pool for children. Of the minor disadvantages, I would note animation, it is not very active during the day and there were no evening shows. For children, minidiscoe 30 min. For adults, only karaoke and live music. And the cuisine is not bad, but we liked the variety more in other hotels. There was a small selection, there was no meat in its pure form, red fish was grilled once, and there was no seafood in its pure form either. Most likely, there are no such disadvantages when the summer season begins.

Cope with high load: clean, friendly.
The animation is unobtrusive. Children aged 11-15 have nothing to do: the miniclub is no longer interesting, they do not take adult activities.
The food and drinks are nothing outstanding, but the food is delicious, the alcohol is mostly local, there is salmon for breakfast, but it is not replenished until the end of breakfast, so the savings are felt. But carrots in all kinds for breakfast lunch and dinner;) watermelon and strawberries are gone.
In autumn, a big plus is a heated outdoor pool and a pier with a beach bar.
I liked the foam disco.
For some reason, when checking in, they did not give a map and information about the hotel. Perhaps because they changed the number. As a result, I still don't know if the hotel has its own app or not. Basically, in good 5* it is present and the connection with guest communication goes through it.
The link to the guest site came to WhatsApp, but it was impossible to contact from there via whatsapp, it gave an error. So there is something to work on.

The hotel is cool! I highly recommend it to both families with small children and young couples. There are water slides on site, for children there are also separate water slides and a shallow pool, as well as a fully indoor pool. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is good. Who loves discos... every evening in the open air! There is plenty of alcohol... as well as palm trees, if you suddenly overdo it ... 😅 The entrance to the water is a pebble, a steep descent into the water. The beach itself is sandy. The hotel is large and beautiful. Stars perform every week: when we were on vacation, the band 5sta femely performed. Black swans live on the territory of the hotel! There is also a fair near the hotel. Have a good rest!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the animation. A diverse sports program (yoga on canvases, aquabike, aquajumping, water polo, dancing, etc.)
Rested in April, the hotel was full, but it did not cause discomfort, there was enough room for everyone.

A great hotel for families with and without children. The territory is compact, fairly green, high quality products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Evening animation is good, there is karaoke, evening disco, convenient restaurants and bars, clean sea. Responsive staff, everything is solved promptly, orders in the restaurant are also delivered in two minutes. Neither I nor the children had any questions about the kitchen: everything is fresh, meat of different types and cooking methods, side dishes and vegetables are very pleasant, seafood soup on the night table, salads with salted fish and quinoa at lunch, pizza and guzelme, ice cream cake, strawberries, etc. Of the disadvantages, I can note: an inconvenient entrance for kids, a very sharp descent. But you can jump off the pier. The quality of the towels leaves much to be desired. At check-out, we were not extended the room, but the spa kindly provided towels and cabins for things, the luggage was placed in the room before the luggage. In general, throughout the rest I had a pleasant impression of the staff, everyone is very friendly, trying to help. We got more negative experience with our operator - Pegasus buses have been standing at the very end of the parking lot for the umpteenth time. After a flight at 5 o'clock with children and luggage, I would not really like to drag suitcases for a kilometer. We took an individual transfer back. I would also like to note the behavior of some of our compatriots who occupy everything and everywhere at once: chairs on the pier in the bar, tables in the beach bar for lunch, tables in the restaurant and sun beds and do not come to occupied places for 2-4 hours. When I just sat down for 5 minutes to wait for the baby, one of the vacationers tried to shame me: did it bother you that it was busy? - confused that 5 seats are occupied at once and no one is there? And I couldn't think of anything better than to sit in front of my 10-year-old son, spreading all my ancient loins. Our ladies sit naked on all the woven surfaces of the bar, with bare feet on the table and railing. It was just disgusting. And then everyone is surprised where so much infection comes from. I wish vacationers to be more friendly and smile more, then the staff will also be responsive! But this could not spoil the overall pleasant impression of the hotel. We hope to come back again.

Our favorite hotel has been around for about 6 years. I like it even more than Rixos. We visit most often in autumn and spring, even in winter. The well-maintained territory, convenient location of recreation areas, a large heated year-round swimming pool is the main advantage, slides are conveniently located, children ride even in January-March and immediately run to the sauna to warm up. Excellent food for every taste, there are always several types of porridge in the morning, real borscht at lunch, a large selection of grilled dishes, delicious desserts. There are always fresh strawberries with cream. The staff is customer-oriented. In the evening, even in winter, there is an entertainment program, evening discos inside or outside, depending on the weather. Colorful shows, concerts of stars, foam discos take place during the season. We will definitely come back many times!

We are currently staying at this hotel. It's October 30th.
Pros: great food. Diverse. Heartburn and other things have never happened. Nice, polite staff. No negativity at all. Normal room stock. They were in the standard. Yes, there are traces of exploitation. But it's clean. The bed linen is good. Warm pools. The temperature is 29 degrees. Children's water park. The children are happy. Bars throughout the territory. They pour it, everything is delicious. No frills. Cheap wine. Champagne is one kind. Without variety. All according to the price tag of the accommodation.
A very good impression of the hotel! I recommend it to everyone. The evening animation is excellent and for every taste. Lots of kids. The hotel is mostly family-run.
I'm starting to find fault: it's a long time to wait for an order via a QR code at a table in a bar. Easier and faster through the waiter. Entering the water in the sea is difficult. Pebbles and immediately depth. It was hard for the children.

The hotel is simply magnificent. I liked absolutely everything. Starting with the entrance and friendly staff and ending with entertainment and food. The food is very diverse and the food is very tasty, absolutely everyone can find it to their taste at any breakfast, lunch or dinner. The large and well-maintained territory of the hotel. Nice pools and coastline. Great rooms, always clean. The staff is very friendly in Turkish and 90% of the Russian speakers, not only the staff but also the vacationers. Of course, there are no walking areas near the hotel, but the large territory allows you to walk inside. There is a small market 2 minutes from the hotel. You can take a taxi to the city and literally 20-30 minutes away there is a magnificent Land of Legends park, I advise you to definitely spend the whole day there unnoticed and at the same time not visit all its secluded places.

I went to the Dobedan Exclusive Hotel & spa in June 2024 , through the Global Voyage agency , I really liked the hotel, the large green area, the food is excellent, especially for lunch the broths are very tasty, a large selection of cakes , fruits and generally everything, for coffee lovers in the French cafe - Starbucks coffee. I went to yoga every day, the spa is good, every day there is entertainment in the amphitheater, karaoke, discos. Of the advantages:

2. Awesome landscaping, everything is very strong and beautiful, lots of greenery and flowers;
3. There is a 24-hour dining room, where you can have a snack if the transfer is late at night or early in the morning;
4. The renovation is a little tired, but everything in the room was perfect;
5. The service is good, the staff is mostly Russian-speaking;
6. The bar is just a cannon, all alcohol is of high quality. The cocktails are just bombishly delicious.
Of the cons:
1. The beach is poorly cleaned, there was garbage in the sand;
2. It's just a problem with deck chairs, they are always busy with towels! and you don't know if someone forgot a towel or staked out a place for themselves..in general, you have to fight for a place in the shade)
3. The smell of sewage or something stinky every evening from about 21 hours to 24. Whether the septic tank is pumped, or there is a pig farm nearby;
4. Animation for both children and adults is weak.
Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, Turkey is like Turkey) we got high from the rest.

Yes, it's not the most affordable price. But the service, the food, the large enough area, the staff... In general, I have personally met people who come here more than 5 times.
In terms of not really going anywhere, there is such a thing. However, that's not what my family and I are here for.… Relax, sunbathe, dive in, and eventually eat normally (even adequate borscht) - this is present, and even more…

We just returned from this hotel. This time we lived in a deluxe building. The interior is chic, everything is pompous, thought out to the smallest detail, with interesting details. Of course, my opinion is that the hotel has lost in quality: the food has definitely become worse, no, not that there was nothing to eat, there is food, there is still a lot of it, but it is already different, the service in the main building has become worse (in the deluxe room the service is 5), but because the building is located far from the sea, I just don't want to waste time hiking, so lunch was mostly in the main building. There are few fruits, I understand that the end of the season, etc., but last year we ate watermelons at this time in this hotel, but not sweet melons (((All dental kits and shaving kits are only on call at the reception. Room cleaning is good, every day👍And last, I had a birthday, but the hotel ignored it))) although the tour operator warned about this day, and we are resting at this time, it is not the first year in this hotel. P.S. The more Alva Donna turns into DOBEDAN, the more she loses.

I am currently staying at this hotel. This is not my first visit. It was in both the summer concept and the winter one. Everything is just perfect. A large selection of food, buffet for children (cottage cheese, baroque mashed potatoes, etc.). Outdoor heated swimming pool in March. The pool is indoor and heated all season. The service is very good, with waiters serving from the restaurant to the sun beds by the pool. We have already been there 3 times, and then, with the same service, we will only go here.

We stayed at this hotel from 7.09 to 09/14/2024. A good hotel, solid, old but renovated, everything is clean and tidy everywhere. There are a lot of waiters, they constantly offer something to drink, the room was cleaned every day. There are a lot of people, but all the locations are provided so that you have enough space everywhere and there is no feeling of overcrowding. There is always room in restaurants and there are no long queues. The only thing I didn't like: they moved into a room on the ground floor, where the refrigerator was buzzing terribly, and the balcony overlooks the side where the air conditioners are buzzing, and also the view from the balcony is on an artificial green partition. We were even upset, a hotel of this level and given such a room… But the next day we asked to change and we were given a very nice room on the same floor, but the balcony was already facing the fountains, the room was quiet, nothing was making noise) The photo shows the view from the second room)

Great hotel! We were there for the second time and were satisfied again. Clean, beautiful, comfortable! There is enough food and drinks. Two large pools. Slides for children and adults. A pleasant beach with small pebbles. There may be problems with free sun beds only by the sea, but also because people leave towels and leave. As a result, more than half of the sunbeds are always free, but they are occupied by towels resting on them. But these are questions for people, not the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. In November 2024 until November 9th. Water 24, air 26-27. The hotel left the most pleasant impressions.
The territory is large, well-groomed, green.
A large swimming pool with frequent water aerobics classes.

A comfortable beach with umbrellas and sun beds. Delicious and varied food, for every taste.

We love this hotel. We have been vacationing there every year since 2017 in October. Everything suits us! A decent hotel, you can say without minuses. There's not much to complain about.
Positive:
- good food, there were a lot of strawberries;
- beautiful territory;
- beautiful interiors;
- nice beach;
- cool animation;
- normal imported alcohol;
- good service;
- there is a free Starbucks cafe;
- a good children's water park near the beach;
- a good hamam.
Cons:
- confusing navigation inside the hotel, corridors where you can get lost;
- small standard standards;
- there is no bar at the reception.

We had a vacation with our family in May 2024. I liked everything in general, the pools, the slides, the beach, everything is fine. The food is typical as in all hotels in Turkey, a large selection of different dishes for both children and adults! The children liked the hotel very much.the kids' club didn't seem too boring to me and two girls worked, a daughter (7 years old) She said that one girl was kind, the other was very angry and her daughter didn't want to go there anymore. Every evening there is a children's disco, cotton candy, popcorn. But there was one big disadvantage, because of which my impressions of the holidays remained twofold! We had lunch in a restaurant near the sea, not according to the buffet system, we chose from the menu. I ordered pasta with seafood, most of them were mussels... and I was poisoned by it, at first I thought that the rotavirus started with me, so the hotel administration did not say anything about poisoning, but in the end everything was fine with other family members. So it was clearly poisoning and most likely it was mussels. Since I ate this pasta alone. For two days I lay in my room with poisoning. I would like the hotel staff to be more attentive to the products they feed their guests! It was saved that in the hotel itself, where there is a pharmacy at the reception, you can even pay with a mir card (but the procedure is not fast).

The hotel is gorgeous! Service, food, pools, gym, staff - delight! As soon as you sit down in a bar, they immediately bring nuts, desserts, and cocktails.

Rooms: we were a company of 4 people, lived in 2 rooms- ours was on the 3rd floor, with friends above us. We liked our room, it is comfortable for 2 people, everything is there - good cosmetics, a hairdryer, towels in abundance, a sewing kit, air conditioning, a balcony with armchairs and a dryer. They clean every day, replenish the mini bar, they can replenish it additionally at any time of the day or night, very clean and cozy. Staff. These people know a lot about hospitality - you feel like the most long-awaited and beloved guest. Everyone is very nice, sociable, in languages- Turkish, English, many know Russian, in which case it is really possible to explain. We learned a couple of phrases in Turkish, tried to add them to communication, the reaction was positive and it was pleasant for us and the staff)
The only person who did not make the best impression was a DJ at a disco near the beach behind the main bar, I got the impression that he was a little biased according to certain criteria. He communicated with foreigners very nicely, he was more cool towards us. But these are small things
Food and alcohol. The food is very diverse, there were certain themed days, we ate mainly in the dining room of the deluxe building, because it is quieter there than in the main dining room. There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes, food outlets, ice cream shops, bars on the territory of the hotel. It is very tasty in the grill areas by the sea, the restaurant level is right - both in the serving and in the menu.
We went to the Ala-Card restaurant, because it was a birthday - we paid only for the number of friends, the birthday boy's number was without payment. I liked the restaurant, it was fishy, very bright, the waiter was great and cheerful, the food was indescribably delicious. With regard to alcohol, the first days we leaned on cocktails, then realized our mistake and switched to solo drinks. Alcohol is imported in the main bars, it is debatable in the bars on the territory, because the taste is different. In general, there were no consequences, everyone felt good. The bartenders are wonderful, with humor.
Entertainments. The adult animation is good (we are without children, so I won't say about the nursery), there are different events at the pool every morning, a large selection of sports entertainment, dancers and shows in the evenings, we also got to the concert of the 5th family. Sea. The beach is sand, but the entrance to the water is pebbles, there are almost always places on sun beds, there is a bar and a cafe nearby. The beach is equipped with cabins, showers, foot taps. There is a 16+ zone on the beach, but visitors are more vigilant about this than the beach staff.

I am a good hotel with friendly staff. There is everything for relaxation. We had a vacation in February, so we couldn't appreciate the facilities of the beach and pool. Just returned from the hotel, we found the transition from the summer to the winter concept.
Positive:
1. The large swimming pool is heated.
2. The territory is large, the beach is large.
3. It will not work to stay hungry, there is definitely food.
4. The service staff in the restaurants is as well-coordinated as possible. You literally don't have time to put an empty glass on the table. They are already nearby and ready to pick up or bring a new drink. There has never been a pile of dirty plates on the table.
5. There is a 2km jogging path along the sea from the hotel.
What needs to be noted:
1. Territories 2 and the Deluxe territory restaurant are more tidy. There are no queues. Desserts are much better. The differences are minimal.
2. Original Starbucks coffee. However, the bar on the ground floor from the horn machine is better.
3. When switching to the winter concept, San Sebastian desserts and red fish disappeared.
4. Order at the Dobedan Bar via QR code, no need to queue. The waiting time is no more than 5 minutes. But you need to fight with QR, it is not always readable because of its scratches.
What didn't you like:
1. The renovation of the room is disgusting and ill-conceived. I attached the video.
2. The hotel rules are not enforced by the hotel staff. If it is forbidden to move a chaise longue beyond the fence line, then no one will stop those trying. If you can't take food out of the restaurant, then no one will stop you. If you can't borrow deck chairs at night, then no one will take away the towels (and craftsmen run to borrow at 6 a.m.). If you need to keep quiet in the SPA, then no one will stop and take out noisy and running children. That is, it leaves the observance of the rules to the vacationers themselves. It's a real gloom.
3. The hotel could not find a quiet and peaceful place. Children's slides and loud music of the main pool can be heard in the relax pool. On the beach, compatriots bring speakers and listen to everything. In the SPA, no one tries to keep quiet (both adults and children). The main pool has only a few hours when the music is not playing, we could not be there.
4. Stink 1. We lived in section 13, it is dangerous to open the balcony, because it stinks of something to choose from: sewage, onions or burning. The hotel says we can't influence it, there are some marshes nearby. That is, you can't sleep with fresh air all your vacation. There is also this fragrance in the lobby bar.
5. Stink 2. The shower stinks of sewage pipes. If you wash, it will stop, but for a while.
6. The hotel administration did not try to somehow smooth out the inconvenience of the stench. There's just nothing we can do about it.
7. The contingent is scary. In all seriousness, they run a race for a free chaise longue, climb ahead of 7-year-old girls in queues, rejoice when children in a hammam pour cold water on themselves and others.
8. There is a mosque nearby, so you are guaranteed to wake up around 5 a.m. with an open balcony. But most likely it will be closed because of the stench.

A wonderful hotel, full-fledged 5*.
Two children's water parks and an outdoor heated pool (even in the off-season). It is very comfortable with children of kindergarten and school age. Great food, high-quality animation. Excellent room cleaning. There is a spa (included in the price) with an indoor pool and a pool for kids.
The staff is very nice.
There are spa programs with massage, very high quality. If you want a massage for adults, Ahmed does it really cool. The children are delighted with the procedures in the hammam.
