By all criteria and location, the hotel is very good. We were checked in quickly, before 14.00, and immediately sent for breakfast upon arrival. In general, everything was on the level. Delicious food, donuts, whites, which were baked every time for lunch. I really liked the pasta, which was prepared by a beautiful girl, you could choose the fillings yourself. But there were also disadvantages (I'll write them off for the end of the season and the fact that the hotel was going to be closed for repairs) - sour sausage was constantly served, and there were more than one variety, it was all ruined, and the room was cleaned every day...but it was just a kind of cleaning, as there was dust and streaks on the floor, and it remained until our departure. There are also comments on nutrition- there is very little seafood, we have never seen crayfish, there were only two shrimps and salmon a couple of times... and then baked or grilled, although we previously knew that it was served salted for breakfast, we didn't have such luxury, we also had rolls once, and then...they looked like porridge. Regarding alcohol, it was imported, good, and they made beautiful and delicious cocktails in all the bars. The minibar was replenished regularly. Overall, the rest left a positive impression. I hope they will eliminate these disadvantages by the season and everything will be fine.

A very cool hotel, probably the best one I've been to. All inclusive 5+ultra. Clean, beautiful, air-conditioned rooms. You can jump from the pier, there is plenty of room for a run-up)) We saw a navy seal sailing once, it surprised everyone very much. Super-duper hotel. The staff is friendly and smiling, especially to children. Cleaning is done every day, bed linen, towels, and slippers are changed, and bathrobes are given, and bags. The food is the same as from all hotels in Turkey. There are warm pools for the youngest, with slides for toddlers and older.
We went from 2.11 to 13.11 and swam in the pool, the sea was already cold for me, but many people swam in it. The beach is not clean sand, the entrance to the sea is a small nut, it is comfortable to enter. Alcohol is good, coffee is delicious, there is food for children even for the youngest. It's a very cool hotel, there are no words, I was here like in a fairy tale.Everything is very cool. And food, and alcohol, and most importantly, service. The guys, the hoteliers and bartenders and the restaurant staff, are very kind, friendly, and the cleaners in the rooms are very nice, well, I have no words. Everything is very cool!!!! And most importantly, we were lucky with the weather.Many thanks to the hotel. I would like to come back again, but I won't be able to afford it in the summer. We'll come back in November.

The beach is sandy and pebbly. In principle, pebbles are not critical, but if someone has very sensitive feet, I recommend coral slippers. A decent depth is gained a meter from the shore. So it's worth watching the children carefully. In a place where pebbles roll, it's great to watch the masked fish. Not a Maldivian snorkel, of course, but it's still fun. The water is very clean. The fish bite a little. If you stand motionless for a long time, your heels will begin to eat away. The hotel's beach is neat. It is carefully cleaned non-stop. Employees rustle all the time. The deck chairs are being adjusted, cups are being cleaned for vacationers and so on. I haven't seen a single cigarette butt anywhere, let alone larger garbage. There are more than enough deck chairs. But we were in November, and it's not the season anymore. There are not many vacationers.

I liked everything very much! The food is varied, there are different snack bars on site where you can have a snack 24 hours a day. Top-level animation, sports events, shows, children's activities are just a delight, animators and a children's club at the highest level! The beach is sandy and pebbly, it is not very comfortable to go out, you need to buy special shoes for this. The rooms are clean, premium quality cosmetics, a beach bag is a gift. There is a Starbucks cafe on site. In general, I recommend the hotel for a family holiday!

There are a lot of moms with young children in the hotel , and they do not observe the 16+ recreation area at all , where it is written on every meter that the zone is WITHOUT CHILDREN. Although there are plenty of zones for everyone with children!!! But no!! They need to go to the same place as the bar and loud music .

We had a rest in November 2024. The hotel is just great. The service at the hotel itself is simply impeccable. Immediately upon arrival, what immediately impressed us was that our luggage was taken right from the entrance and simply delivered to the room. By the way, the room was also given immediately, and we stopped at the hotel around 10 a.m. Any request is not just executed instantly, so after the request they call back from the customer service and find out whether it has been fulfilled or not.
And this applies not only to the equipment and required accessories in the room, such as when one of the plasmas in the room failed, they just brought us a new one right there. We needed an ordinary table for the child's classes - they brought it without question, then additional equipment was needed - they brought a floor lamp. In all bars, especially on the beach, it is considered good form that waiters carry orders, and there is no need to stand at the bar or behind the dishes at the distribution. If you just come to sit in a bar, a waiter will immediately come up, ask what to bring from drinks or take an order for food.
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. There is nothing wrong or broken, no cracks on the walls or "tired" inventory.
The hotel has not just slides, but as many as 2 children's and 1 adult water parks.
The food is varied, although it may not be often red fish, lamb and shrimp. But it is always there in one form or another (salads, seafood aspic, hot dishes with lamb vegetables).
As for the ULTRA ALL INC system, there is nothing to add here. All drinks are branded (and not from the same barrel in identical bottles with different labels). Ice cream all day in three places on site.
The hotel has its own Starbucks bar. Where not only the entire range of chic branded coffee, but also the most exquisite desserts like profiteroles, etc., etc. (even without oriental sweets, which are abundant in the main restaurant).
The show is normal at the hotel. It is comfortable with children. Children of different ages. The highlight of the hotel, which was genuinely surprised, is that cats walk around the hotel, like the owners of the hotel. There are a lot of them, they are well-groomed, they are being watched. There are a couple of houses for kittens. So there are cats inside the hotel. We "registered" one cat for the rest period at home. It adds some comfort and goodness. No one chases cats, they are fed and petted by guests for their own pleasure, children carry and play with kittens.
The beach is large, there are enough sun loungers for everyone and there are always free ones.
The rooms are cleaned every day. Everything is as it should be.

I put a three for the fact that the administration cannot stop the vicious practice when, starting at 7 a.m., all the sun loungers by the sea and on the pier are occupied. Beach towels are laid out, there are no personal belongings and this can go on all day, people occupy several sun loungers in different locations of the hotel and do not come for several hours. If the administration had collected towels after half an hour, as written in the hotel rules, it would have stopped immediately. And so conflicts arise, guests remove towels and occupy sun beds, then those who put them come and a verbal altercation begins. Previously, this phenomenon was on a more modest scale.

Food. Everything is monotonous, the same thing every day, very rarely something changes. There is practically no seafood. In 9 days, there were 2 times a hundred of mussels and 1 time crayfish, the taste is for an amateur. They don't give ayran for breakfast. You can't drink coffee in the main restaurant, it's like instant 3in1. Saves 3 coffee shops on the territory where you can drink a good one.
The French ala carte is just disgusting. In the nicoise salad, instead of tuna, there are some canned sprats, and very salty ones. A square of lamb for three. There are almost no complaints about drinks, only imported beer was missing.
The animation is weak. The evening show was often held at the pool bar. There is little space there, and 30% of the number of vacationers will not fit.
In some places, there is a strong smell of sewage, even near the main building.
The rooms are clean, cleaned constantly and efficiently. The staff is friendly. The beach is clean, the sea is magnificent

We lived in the De Luxe building (the building across the street) in a standard room. the room is not big, very cozy, the bed is comfortable. The building itself is very beautiful, it has its own fairly large swimming pool, its own restaurant, a large beautiful bar, a pastry shop. There is a huge selection of cakes in the restaurant and in the pastry shop. There are generally many places in the hotel where you can have a snack between breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a large selection of ice cream all day long. At lunch, there are delicious belyashi by the beach. Every night there is a show, every month there is a concert by one of the Russian stars.

The hotel is focused on the comfort and convenience of guests, the room is comfortable and clean, lived in the attic of the main building, from the balcony you can see both the sea and the mountains.
