We stayed at the Alva Donna Hotel. Excellent service, delicious food, and I would like to note the diligent work of the waiter Tunay Tekin.

We had a rest in April this year from the 14th. The hotel is lovely, the area is sooo beautiful, well maintained, clean everywhere. The staff is friendly, everyone is trying, especially I want to mention the waiters whose backs are just covered in soap. The food is beyond praise, I don't know what people want to see...the fried moon...everything is very tasty and varied. Imported and local alcohol. The only thing I took off the star for was holding a disco just before 23h on the street. Firstly, this time is very short. Secondly, if there was energetic music before 23h, then 85% is just slotting. The DJ didn't even change the record from day to day the same thing. In the hotel, not only young people relax, but people of different ages. Everyone was happy and danced when there was live music instead of a DJ. We approached the reception with this question, but nothing has changed with us. And there is very little time until 23h ((( and the disco inside is even worse, we went in and out. For me, this is the biggest disadvantage. All the rest is trifles, as some find fault and consider specks of dust, specks, scratches...I don't do this on vacation). But there was not enough fun. Of the evening shows, I liked the magician and the performance of boys against girls, which was conducted by animators.

The excellent restaurant, where the main meals (buffet) take place, offers visitors a huge selection of dishes and drinks — all the most delicious, refined, according to the principle of "with fervor, with heat"! The variety of food will delight even the most avid gourmets!
There is a food area for children and those who adhere to a dietary diet - a wide selection of dishes is no less impressive! The tables are always set, the waiters work very quickly, cutlery is always on the table, very clean plates and glasses, no chips - this is very important for every guest!
Excellent Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
A reliable security system - the entrance to the territory is controlled, and safes are provided in the rooms.
Animation is the highlight of the hotel! The work of the amazing animation team is at the highest level! There won't be enough 24 hours a day to visit all the activities and contests they offer! In the evenings, there is an amazing program in the amphitheater, as well as on the main stage, by the sea. Event organizers give their best 100% - professional dancers, gorgeous performances, wonderful costumes, scenery, bright shows!
I bow down to every employee who creates a high-class service, and I want to especially mention the following representatives who made every effort to make this vacation unforgettable! The most charming and friendly Diana Torgombayeva, a guest service specialist who was in touch 24/7 and instantly responded to all requests and wishes. Any issue was resolved as soon as possible!
Wonderful and friendly Aizhan Kaplan, who welcomes every guest so cordially and warmly at the reception! After such a warm welcome, you feel at home! A responsive IT specialist, Ihsan Ozfidanchi, who helped us out in a critical situation, provided a mobile phone so that my husband, after the breakdown of his device, could continue to conduct working negotiations and enjoy his vacation in parallel. Imagine how much each employee is involved in the work, that they are ready to resolve even such non-standard situations! The customer orientation of the team is one million! Thank you for giving my family such vivid impressions and an exquisite vacation!
