Well, what can I say? The first impression was deceptive . I went every week for a year and twice a week. What was agreed upon was not done. According to the protocol, the examination and treatment should be complete before installing braces. 11/28/2022 installed. On January 2, a tooth broke. They say it rotted and it was removed.. And where they looked, they took 3D pictures several times and not for free. In the summer, implants are already being installed according to the plan. Another tooth is broken, they only say to remove it!!! I recovered normally from other doctors last week. My teeth were so loosened in seven months and then the upper ones. The lower ones needed to be screwed and I couldn't beg from Ilyaz Rustamovich. And when she asked me to collect the teeth "scattered across the jaw"! He answered very rudely. Chief physician Miraz Abdulayevich then asked me why I didn't put the screw on! Where? At home? By yourself?. I asked Mukhabat Mametalievna. It's generally dark there!! She counted additional services for me. I'm saying I can't pay for it. "Nothing, you'll pay later." What do you mean? I don't want to. Then Miraz Abdulayevich asked the head physician to align the teeth in place. And Mukhabat Mametalievna started experimenting on me. Springs are not allowed, elastic bands (elastophore) cannot be worn for many months. You're a bunch of doctors there and you're telling me why I did it? So I should have a stomatology education? What did I pay money for? Why did I spend a whole year on you? Now the head physician Miraz Abdulayevich offered to return the money spent (otherwise my teeth are not the right ones for braces already). I wrote a statement for a smaller amount that I spent on this mediocrity. And they call and demand to come and rewrite for an even smaller amount.
