It was a very strange experience visiting the new Dobrodent clinic in Abaya. I used to go to them on Seifullin. First of all, at first the receptionist greets you with a sour face, does not look at you, says almost nothing and does not explain, so you feel not like a client, but some kind of homeless person who came to warm up.
Then the procedure. I came for an insurance checkup and hygienic cleaning. I didn't remember the doctor's name. But the cleansing lasted at most 10 minutes, and the treatment recommendations were verbally given. When I asked them to print out the report for me so that I would have it when I was going to treat, the answer was "we don't do that." When I asked if the information about my last visit was preserved, they answered "no"
, i.e. the patient's history is not stored in the clinic. It's absurd.
