Interesting design, good cooking. But there is a huge disadvantage - the service is as low as it can be. Every time there is a problem with payment on the foot court, there is a constant lack of staff. It's a long wait. There is also most likely no meal room for the staff, as they dine with visitors.
A huge request to the administration, keep an eye on your employees, train them properly. The place is pleasant, but there is no service.
A good place to sit, drink coffee/tea with friends.
You need to be very careful with the food here. In 3 out of 10 cases, you will be friends with the toilet. We have an office nearby, colleagues are constantly walking, if you like the lottery, this is your place!)
A lot of things. Cheap fruits and vegetables. You can also find clothes at an affordable price. And it's better to take your own water and food. Since the price of mineral water is 1l. - 2 rubles, and it is doubtful to eat there from food.
It's a terrible store. There are no sellers to be found, everyone smokes on the street. When choosing fish products, there is nothing to wipe your hands with.Stink, dirt and rudeness!
The most finished store disgusting service takes a long time to calculate customers from here large and slow queues constantly run around the store with goods looking for some codes refer to equipment, then there is no connection on the card to serve something else. There is an unpleasant smell in the store. They are made from spoiled foods. Some sellers at the cash desks do not know how to work.
I always buy in this store.
1) homemade muffins of the type of buns with garlic are the worst. Just rubber ones. Money thrown away. I asked why you sell this garbage - they say we like it and people take it. But there is not a single normal bakery in the area - you could make good money on it.
2) A large selection of ready-made meat cooking / porridges of normal quality.
3) Salads/shawarma/pizza are of very poor quality. Pizza stinks if it's cooked in the oven - apparently they put stinky bacon instead of chicken ham.
4) after the opening, they immediately sold ostrich eggs, quails and made WOK (when they ordered malt) - now it's all been removed.
5) It is not clear why the department with smoked sausage - it takes up the entire refrigerator and looks terrible - to think it is dangerous for health. It would be better to add a department with chilled fish or fresh fruits, or at least make fresh pastries (let it be more expensive, but edible)
6) All the discounts that are posted there are fake. More precisely, they are there, but for such garbage that no one buys. There is a good beer, but it is more expensive by 2 rubles than in hippo / corona (7 instead of 5, for example, for murphys)
7) Mango, celery, avocado - these products are there, but they are very wooden / plastic. Make them more expensive, but carry normal quality - believe me, people have money for good and healthy products
8) ADD CHICKEN CUBES/SPICES FOR SOUPS
9) Meat department I can't say anything because I buy meat across the street in a butcher shop or on Komarovka. But I often see black, weathered meat there - wrap it in food wrap to avoid weathering.
10) The toilet was for employees, then it was made for visitors and it began to stink at the entrance. Now they are closing it altogether. Clean more often or make an entrance from the street.
11) The design inside is really cool and thoughtful, you can see the details and what they did conscientiously, but they just couldn't realize everything they planned (half of the second floor is empty)
In general, a good store, but there is something to work on
It is perfectly possible to buy food in a grocery store. And how to eat in a cafe. 0.99 BYN per 100 gr. Any Kind Of Food. And there is a lot of choice.
I looked in just a couple of times, from the point of view of the grocery store - nothing unusual. I came in solely to satisfy curiosity and professional interest. I considered the structural scheme of the building from the inside
There is a toilet installed at the exit to the store, and when you enter the stench is terrible. There is no desire to shop and even more so to eat there.
I stop by on my way to work. I haven't been to this place for 15 years except passing through. As far as the room can be adapted, it is adapted. A good minimum of products and prices for today. I hope the country will rise up and the broad masses of the population will be able to visit cafes and restaurants like the "Stone Flower" again.
After 20:00 there is a 50% discount on finished products. I was at the checkout at 20:04, half the cost was not taken away. When I asked the cashier why, I received the answer "there is a discount of a little more than a ruble." Then she asked someone what to do, to which they replied, "it's always been that way." The administrator was not called, the seller behaved rudely, did not bring any apologies.
When pizza is being prepared, she touches everything with these gloves, and then kneads the dough with these gloves, it's terrible!I would not advise anyone to buy pizza there (and everything else is fine.
