I don't know what kind of Kindness this is! Everything is very strange. Asked to pick up two homeless puppies, promised to help periodically. Refused! They said their dogs have enteritis. So what are these shelters for! ? In another place, I don't even know their names, they wanted me to give the puppies an international passport and vaccinations!
