And anyway, starting from the payment desk and ending with the reception, only positive emotions are caused by the staff!!!
Two years have passed since we turned to the Dobrovet clinic, emotions have subsided, but during this time we have gained a tremendous experience of how animals are treated in other Vet clinics, so we decided to write our sad review, specialists do not conduct proper examination and treatment of animals, faced with the unprofessionalism of this clinic for the treatment of an animal, every day the cat became worse, in 5 days of treatment, a young healthy cat died by eye, in a critical situation they threw up their hands and simply punished 2 times a day, in desperation they were taken to another clinic, but did not have time to get help, specialists were surprised by the treatment methods, the antibiotic was given only 2 times to relieve symptoms, and not a full course of treatment. Later, we came across a lot of bad reviews from other pet owners about this clinic. The WORST CLINIC in the city, even in relation to the whole, you have to sit in line when you have spent a day here and your pet is dying in front of your eyes, and the experience in another clinic of resuscitation actions is different and the tests are taken immediately and not on the 5th day and the day of the death of the animal as in the Voluntary with the words we can't do anything here Promise!
