We ordered a cake for the wedding. When they cut it and saw it, they were shocked. At the same time, when we bought the samples, out of 6 presented there, this one was the most delicious with a thin well-soaked biscuit. Why deceive people like that. If we wanted to eat bread rolls, we would have bought them at the store for less money. Even for such a thing, it's a pity for one star.

If you want to get on your nerves and find out what a LACK of customer focus is, come here. They will not explain or advise you on the order here. I made an order for a cake, started at the price list with a price of 36-40 rubles per 1 kg, ended with a price of 85 + rubles without decor. They did not clearly answer my questions about pricing, they said that there was some kind of fixed price list (which I was not allowed to see) so that I, as a client, would choose the most acceptable cake for my finances. Well, I placed the order, dropped the prepayment. My order has been accepted. I asked if they would tell me when the order would be ready, since they did not tell me the exact cooking time, they said "we will look at it as we go." quote from Yandex. direct.
That is, here is the whole service. Order it yourself, find out when to pick it up, it remains only to prepare the order yourself.
By the way, when asked where to get a complaint book, I was safely ignored 3 times
Therefore, for the service and maintenance 2 stars. Tomorrow the cake will be ready, we will add a review with a photo, but this institution does not deserve above 2 stars.

This is the fifth time I have applied to the pastry shop "Good Baker". Until the last time, I provided ready-made pictures from which it was necessary to make a cake and the pastry chefs coped with this perfectly. The last cake was for my 30th birthday. Unfortunately, I did not find a ready-made cake and I suggested several cake options from which one should have turned out. I have drawn up a document in which I described in detail what needs to be taken from this cake, what from another. There were silhouettes of gymnasts on the cake, realizing that it would be difficult to find them on the Internet, I made them myself in the program. I ordered the cake two weeks before March 6 and the pastry shop took over my order. What was my disappointment when I saw a DIFFERENT cake on March 6. It seems they didn't even open my document and didn't read what should be there. The cake I wanted was just the right base, the rest was just AWFUL. The cake was completely ugly on top and there were decorations on it that I told NOT to do. Of course I had to take him away, I had no choice. I called the pastry shop and expressed my dissatisfaction, because I can buy a cake that I don't like in the store for 15 rubles, not for 196 rubles. In my defense, I was told that there was a very large load before the holidays, so something was missed in my cake. Do not take an order if you do not have time. I do not know who exactly I was talking to, but I was told that after the weekend the management would come, contact me and return some of the money to me. Of course, this did not happen. I will NEVER contact this pastry shop again and I do NOT recommend it to you either, unless you have a ready-made picture from which you need a cake exactly. I would also like to turn to the leadership of the Good Baker, learn how to solve conflict situations, learn how to communicate with customers. This review might not have happened if you had contacted me.

You can safely order everything related to cakes from the "Good Baker"! We made the cake ourselves, but we needed the main element of the cake - a unicorn figurine (made of mastic). We had her taken from a photo. The work was not easy and we were very satisfied with the result. I was also pleased with the price.
