I like this pharmacy. Good staff will help you with the choice of the drug. However, it is a huge request to the management to establish a payment system. I have never seen such a thing when the system withdraws money from a person, does not issue a check and the pharmacist needs to call somewhere and deal with it. There was such a case today. The pharmacist girl called, apparently, for some kind of support. They canceled the payment remotely, then they couldn't remove the sale from the database for a long time so that the drugs would be available again for the receipt. When the drugs were returned, the card payment situation was repeated.. It took 30 minutes because of this situation. Somehow the man was released, and then they had to close down to solve the situation with the system. People stood for so long in vain, because it was impossible to release drugs because of such a malfunction. Seriously? Can't you set up your reporting and payment system in a human way? Pharmacists are smart, fortunately people did not raise a scandal and understood everything, but others may come another time.. Please think about your employees, customers and figure out how to solve such problems faster
