When purchasing the preporates, I did not check the integrity of the packages, as a result, one preporate had only one instead of two convalutes and four tablets were cut off from the other. bought medical equipment in this pharmacy, namely a pulse oximeter, a day later I realized that the measurements were not correct, I came to them, and such a circus began here that it was just darkness......the pharmacist or consultant I do not know who exactly becausewhen I wanted to read her full name from the badge, she just ran away and hid...really, the whole pharmacy was laughing at such a sight.... namely, what happened....I wanted to find out some information from the representative who provides them with this equipment at the pharmacy, no one gave me this information..they only said one thing, that I need warranty repairs, I tried to explain that I do not need repairs, that this is not a case of warranty repairs, BUT!!!!! they didn't even want to listen to me, they started being rude, saying that I didn't understand anything, etc.... as a result, I couldn't stand this attitude and asked for a complaint book...they carried it to me for a long time, and when they brought it and when I asked the girl to give me her details, she just ran away...SHAME!!!...for your speech and actions, you need to identify yourself at least, and not run away with the look of a guilty dog.
But today I received a written response to my complaint....Here we laugh with the whole family
The answer killed....in connection with the covid19 infection in the Republic, the staff is working with an increased emotional load..
It'S a double SHAME!!!!!...think that at least you write and how you talk.
