I would like to express my gratitude to the Doctor Polosatov clinic for its professionalism and care! We brought our dog Mika here for sterilization, and we were incredibly satisfied. The procedure was at the highest level, and the very next day Mika felt great — she ran briskly, as if nothing had happened. The attention of the staff was especially pleasantly surprised: the staff spoke in detail about the process, gave clear recommendations on care and supported us at all stages. They made false tests and blamed her! On 10.2024, tests were taken (45 r uac + biochemistry). Doctor Nikolai Nikolaevich, director of the clinic, took tests. The next day, he reported: "anemia is moderate and CRF is grade 2. It is necessary to stimulate the bone marrow with injections." I showed the tests to another doctor, who grabbed his head and said: only a corpse can have 4 platelets. Retake it, the tests are wrong." We retook the tests in another place, where the automatic analyzer is: everything is fine, no problems. I went to the clinic to swear. Doctor Yaroslav Leonidovich Kozlov immediately noticed that the tests were false. But he refused to give back the money, he said through the court. "And it's my fault, I should have realized that the tests were wrong and come to the clinic again. Maybe it was taken incorrectly, maybe it was something wrong with the test tube, maybe the doctor was tired. I need to retake, I'm on the bill again" Now imagine if YOU COULD STIMULATE A HEALTHY CAT'S BONE MARROW? Would she still be alive? Is she healthy? And how many more animals will be killed by incorrect analyses?! Is it possible to trust a clinic that does not want to take responsibility for its mistake!? I strongly advise you to do the tests elsewhere, save the animal's health and nerves. And think carefully before you get treated there.

The impressions are positive, because there is something to compare it with. They answer all questions without problems, consult on procedures and, importantly, do not impose unnecessary things. That is, if you come with a specific problem, you solve it. And I want to highlight separately the pricing of services. The receipt does not make the eyes twitch in fright, they calmly talk about the cost of procedures / consultations. I just got into another dimension by coming to this clinic.
