Thanks to Dr. Nikolay Nikolaevich! A very pleasant, kind doctor, and most importantly a professional in his field. I have long wanted to sterilize my Bonya (Chihuahua breed) for 6 years. I chose this particular clinic, so we have been there for a very long time. Nikolai Nikolaevich reassured and encouraged. Before the operation, I examined the dog, weighed it. Then he administered anesthesia. The operation lasted 30-40 minutes. After that, I was amazed, because the doctor took out the dog already conscious in a postoperative blanket. But of course the dog was still under muscle relaxation (weak and inhibited)

Our blind trust in the doctor led to the death of our beloved cat. Words cannot describe our pain and what we have been through.
10.03 we were booked for dental cleaning, the cat is 12 years old, at his age, he was not inferior to any young cat in energy, intelligence and tenderness.
2 years ago, we already came to them for the same procedure and brought another cat for castration. The trust was at the highest level, because very close people advised and the procedures were almost without a flaw (the first time after the bond, the cat left for about 8 hours, and the clinic itself kept in touch, interested in the pet's condition).
The cat was anesthetized, told to expect action for 8 minutes, after which they added "a little more", although after the first dose he began to weaken. It felt like the doctor was in a hurry.
When he returned home, he could not leave for more than a day, but they said 2-3 hours and he would wake up. At night, we decided to fly to the clinic on duty soon, where he was diagnosed with dehydration, a temperature below 35 degrees, a slight increase in blood pressure, and still "anesthetized." Over the next week, we went to your clinic several times a day, called and begged for help. Traditional methods of treatment, "dancing with a tambourine" and an external examination of the cat. The doctor did not tell him to do any tests, ultrasound either before the procedure or during the deterioration of his condition. Carrying out an external examination, feeling the intestines, Nikolai Nikolaevich reported that he was constipated, so he did not drink, did not eat and was sluggish. Treatment: kefir and forced drinking, liquid food feeding.
18.03 the cat is suffocating.we call and ask for help, further action, already flying at full speed to them, to which we were coldly answered: "go to any clinic where there is intensive care." The cat could not be saved, his heart stopped and his life ended in seconds, before he could get to the intensive care unit, in his arms, suffering for a week. Now we can only wonder why this happened and why it all happened to him. After all, they do not understand this, living an ordinary well-fed life, at the moment you just suffocate and die. And according to the recommendations, they poured in damn kefir. Only after a while do you realize that you had to take biochemistry, do an ultrasound of the body and, perhaps, they would have helped him.
The hardest part is that, even outwardly, he was hefty and cheerful, and, perhaps, having passed the tests before the procedure, he would have been forbidden to carry out this operation, as stated in your wonderful contract, where you allegedly responsibly notify the owner of the possible consequences after examining his condition and analyzes. In fact, your actions and the contract are a complete circus and business. That's not why we came to you and trusted you with our lives.
When you go to the clinic, you expect qualified help, because you studied in order to help your younger brothers. As it turned out, this is just a business and when it comes time to be responsible for what you have done, instead of offering sincere condolences, you show your real face by poking contracts and, quote, "nothing will happen to us for this."
We are losing pets dear to our hearts because of your negligent attitude not only to animals, but also to people. You have to explain all the subtleties and processes of the procedures, for this you are paid money.
We have to live with this loss and guilt now, but you don't care. And the girl wrote correctly below: "so that you can be treated like you are animals."

28.09 my cat died after a week of treatment in this clinic... they applied on 23.09 with complaints of constipation, refusal of food and lethargy. tests were taken, namely biochemistry, an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity was done. No specific diagnosis was made. As we were told, "the cat probably ate something wrong." And as a consequence - violation of intestinal perilstatics. Injections, fortiflora, enterozoo, force-feeding through a syringe were shown. Every day we faithfully visited the clinic, followed all the recommendations and waited for a miracle. As soon as the intestines work, the cat will start eating by itself and everything will get better. But alas. Almost a week of injections did not bring results, on 28.09 in the evening the cat was given an enema in the clinic, 3 hours after that the condition began to deteriorate sharply, the cat was near death. They were urgently taken to another round-the-clock clinic, but it was already too late. Naturally, no one began to make diagnoses posthumously, the cause of death was fip or leukemia... In the clinic "Doctor Polosatov" viruses were immediately cut off. It's a pity that you rely on doctors because of your own ignorance. My cat was only 9 years old. And when we visited this clinic with her, I was sure that her worst problem was a non-functioning intestine. I wanted to believe it too. It hurts a lot now and I didn't want to write bad reviews. I just want to warn others that in case of serious problems with pets, you should listen to several opinions, go to different clinics and not rely entirely on one doctor.

We applied after the operation in another clinic (if you can call it that)... The cat had a festering wound, an initially incorrect seam (an ugly fold, like a navel), threads left from the seam, plus the intestines were sewn, there was a small spike... At first, we were treated with antibiotics, we didn't want to have a repeat operation... It's still anesthesia... But the cat was getting better and then worse again... Therefore, we decided to do the operation again... Everything went well, they made a neat seam, and I had to take them back for injections, but 10 days later the cat is healthy and happily running around the apartment!!!! thank you very much!!!

For me, this clinic has absolutely incompetent doctors. There is no diagnosis. They do not treat, but torment. At least that's what they did to my poor cat. Initially, the wrong diagnosis was made: either pneumonia or abscess. They were stabbed with antibiotics (visited 16 times), and it was hopeless lymphoma. The condition worsened, but visits were scheduled again and again. I had to go to another clinic.
My cat died, but why they took more than 200 rubles to this clinic is unclear.

The cat died.
In early September, a strange behavior of the cat was noticed: she began to eat and move less, but remained quite cheerful and active. It was decided to show her to the vet. A relative took her to this clinic. The examination was short-lived: it was said that against the background of a sharp change in the weather, the cat developed pneumonia, followed by meningitis due to weakened immunity. The veterinarian came to this conclusion during the examination, no tests, ultrasound, X-rays were done. 3 injections of different antibiotics were immediately made on the spot: dexafort, kobactan, the third was not named. It was also said to stab them for another 2 days and wait for improvements. After the inspection, the cat returned home no longer: she could not move, eat, drink, hardly raised her head. We thought that this was the result of the antibiotic's fight against the disease and that everything would pass. The next day they gave injections, after which the cat became even worse. After calling the vet clinic and describing the symptoms, we were told that we should continue to inject. The next day, we gave 2 more injections, but did not have time for the third: the cat immediately had a severe attack: she immediately vomited, began convulsing, began to suffocate and eventually lost consciousness (most likely, it was clinical death). After 10 minutes, she woke up, but she couldn't do anything at all, even open her eye, barely breathed, and after a while she died. One of the prescribed injections turned out to be fatal. As it turned out later, this attack was an anaphylactic shock, the body's response to the ingestion of an allergen. It turns out that the cat was allergic to one of the antibiotics, but the veterinarian did not check it. Usually in such cases, the owners are asked about the presence of an allergy in the animal; if it is not known, then either tests are carried out or antihistamines are administered along with antibiotics to neutralize the effect of the allergen. We learned about this from the Internet only after the death of the cat. The worst thing is that we injected her with this allergen with our own hands for 2 days. It was a mistake to go to this clinic and generally blindly trust the words of veterinarians without double-checking. I don't want anyone to see what we saw in the last minutes of our beloved cat's life. She was strong and in 17 years of her life she had never been ill, she would have overcome the disease, but these injections killed her.

Previously, an ultrasound of the heart was performed in another clinic (the conclusion was good) .But at the clinic, Dr. Striped, after listening to the heart, decided to prescribe preparatory therapy. For a month, once a week, a free appointment was scheduled to monitor the heart. Doctors are very responsible and attentive to patients and their owners. Explain the need for referral of treatment.Absolutely all doctors are competent and friendly. A very nice price + a bonus treat for a pet. Excellent clinic, excellent doctors. I definitely recommend it.

They injected an antibiotic (which later developed a severe allergy! They didn't watch the dog, they said nothing terrible on the phone, they pumped it themselves). No care was scheduled.
They went to another clinic, because the dog was getting worse. We draw conclusions according to really Experts with a capital letter: the operation was performed disgustingly, the seam was terrible, the material was of poor quality, the stitches were transferred, although they said it was too early to remove.
I do not advise contacting this clinic even because of the slightest problem!

The professionalism of the doctors is at zero. After this "clinic" we somehow saved our dog. I will not describe it in detail, but I will convey the essence. We took the animal for dental cleaning (it is done under ultrasound anesthesia), after the procedure we took it home, at night we took the dog in CRITICAL condition to another clinic, the doctors prepared us for the worst outcome of events, but thank God they SAVED us! The dog spent 4 days in the hospital, it was dangerous to take him home. The condition left much to be desired. The treatment of the dog after the clinic "Dr. Polosatov" cost us 400BYN.
The conclusion follows from this: it is better to overpay 10-20 rubles more for a particular procedure, but take your pet to a NORMAL clinic than cry and save later.
Moreover, the blade shifts all responsibility to the owner, they allegedly have absolutely nothing to do with it! At least they apologized and admitted their guilt. This is outrageous!

I came here in April with a cat problem: alopecia of the front paws and tummy. A general blood test and ultrasound of the abdominal organs were performed. Lymphocytes and hemoglobin were abnormal in blood tests. On ultrasound, the liver is brighter. No more extras.They decided not to conduct research, but to treat the liver immediately! how? well, at least bilirubin would be passed - since it is taken to treat the liver? for infection, once a week.Is the blood test like this? on hormones - since the cat has a naked belly? The doctor injected antibiotics and an immuno-restorative, just in case. and for the liver, pills… we took a photo before, after 1 month nothing has changed. And since it's a biochim.if they did not donate blood, it is unclear whether the liver treatment "helped". How to understand? how was the doctor going to make a conclusion? What were you thinking?
They asked for an extract about the manipulations the very next day (what kind of injections, test results, ultrasound description) - they had to wait 2 days and only an ultrasound was done. They asked for tests again - they gave it a day later. They only said about the injections in words.. What kind of place is this?? do they prescribe mood-based treatment there, but don't they keep cards?? It was immediately clear what kind of place it was.. Don't set foot there anymore! They don't know how to treat. diagnosis is not carried out.

They adopted my pet cat, Musya, who suffered for about 2 weeks, refused food and water, and was very worried about her. I thought that was it!!!
