I can't fully appreciate the professionalism of the doctors, because I just couldn't wait for my appointment. I made an appointment with a doctor in January, waited a month for my appointment, they call me back a day later and say that the doctor is on sick leave. I understood the situation, we are all people and we are all sick. I asked to transfer 2 recordings at once with an interval of 2 weeks. I was told that everything was recorded and when the doctor comes out, they will reschedule the recordings. After that, they call me a couple of days later and tell me about postponing the next week. Of course, I also didn't specify about the transfer of 2 recordings, I came to my senses after a couple of hours, called back, and they told me that they didn't know anything and had moved only one recording. There is a place for a new one, but it will be there in 3 weeks. I asked the doctor to find out if it was possible to do this, to which they told me, well, you will come and ask him. That is, if it is not possible, then I will come find out this information and I will rock you back home? I had to agree to their terms. But the last straw was that the appointment they rescheduled for me turned out to be instead of 1.5 hours and 15 minutes of consultation, and they also found out about it the day before the appointment. I didn't have enough strength, I canceled all my appointments, and I'm looking for another dentist. Thank you so much for the irresponsible approach to your work. I won't even look at your dentistry anymore.
