The administrators are terrible! I waited for the reception for 30 minutes! When I went to the reception to find out when the doctor would see me, I heard wait, the doctor is cauterizing. So what? I have an appointment for a certain time, why should I still wait 30 minutes? If I wanted to sit, I would go to a regular clinic. Why can't I ask the doctor how much more time he will need for the patient and tell me? Is it that hard? And dear administrators, if they ask you, at least raise your head and look at the patient, and do not answer with a fe tone. I didn't come begging from you. Learn how to work!

I should have a corporate discount from work. There were no problems with the first request, we paid taking into account the discount. I took off the asterisk because the staff made a very gross mistake when processing my medical card. In the column "allergies to medicines" they indicated - no allergies, without specifying from me, but later corrected the error. Wish - I would really like to have a currency exchange nearby.

We visited the oncologist KOZHANOV NIKOLAI SEMENOVICH with a child about a mole on his leg. They told me to undress naturally so that I could quickly decide to help the child, after which IT BEGAN. First the comments: And HERSELF, then: YOU WILL ALSO HELP HER AT NIGHT, and in the end: I HAVE NO DOUBT YOU WILL DO BETTER (on the wedding night he probably meant). I am SHOCKED what this has to do with the CONSULTATION and directly with our PROBLEM. It's just rude. At the end of the appointment, after the examination, it was discussed that perhaps the mole should be removed due to its location. The child, of course, was a little scared when he heard this and to the phrase said by the child to me in a whisper: "maybe it's not necessary" (the child meant to remove the mole), some third woman intervened first (I don't even know who it was) who entered the office at the end of the dialogue and did not hear the problem with nonsense, what if if you don't remove them, they will RUN up and MULTIPLY (that's what I said), and the doctor added that of course, then you will have to CUT off the leg and it was all said with a smile to my child, not to me. In general, it's a nightmare.The child then has hysterics and fright at home for all their remarks and comments. We may come to this center again - the pediatrician there is very good.But definitely and categorically NOT to this specialist. IT'S JUST A NIGHTMARE. A complete lack of delicacy, politeness, and generally any kind of subordination. Just a boor. The doctor behaves and talks as if he is at some evening gatherings and not at a medical institution.
