Dr. Vet, a favorite pharmacy in the past, recently the attitude of the staff has changed a lot, not for the better. Aggression, neglect and incompetence have become the clinic's trump card. This applies to this pharmacy and the pharmacy in the shopping center "Castle". Today I bought medicine for a dog at a pharmacy on Bratskaya Street, and the saleswoman answered rudely, monosyllabically and dismissively. A month earlier, we purchased a drug against ticks, and the girl could not explain its effect from the word at all. When we started asking again, she raised her voice and continued to explain in the same way as the first time, without explaining anything properly, while she herself was confused in the answers.

I usually come here to get veterinary medicines - there is everything you need here. But, unfortunately, there are no feeds in the store that I usually buy. The staff seems to be normal.
