A wonderful clinic. Unfortunately, on the day when it was necessary to urgently apply, the Ratologist had a day off and had to go to another clinic, but the next day the doctor herself called back and asked how the rat's condition was. They also provided antibiotics, which were prescribed to the rat and recommended a clinic where the best specialists in the field of surgery in rats and other animals work. I also glanced at the rat, because she was with me) I wish there were more such doctors for both animals and people. P.S.: she has an operation tomorrow)

I can't get through! They called several times to make an appointment, the multi-channel line asked to wait, after a long wait, they said they would call you back. They called back only a day later. They recorded it, but since there were other urgent matters, it was impossible to come to the recording - they called several times to reschedule the recording, but they did not get through. No one called back after that.
