Previously, I ordered only mainly from one well-known Vitebsk pizzeria chain, decided to try something new, the pizza did not go far from the word at all, none, and unanimously, but there were 3 of them and three of us, well, okay, it was about 2 years ago. Today I decided to give them a second chance and again they screwed up, the dough is not tasty at all, the filling is about the same, I took 2 pieces this time, they taste about the same, although they are generally different, one is spicy, the second is more meaty, no one liked it again, they ate a piece and that's it, just throw it away, opinion of course almost subjective, but I don't recommend it.

There are big doubts about pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, the dough is indicated thin, but it can be seen from the photo that it does not look like thin (or they have such concepts about thin dough." On 11/27/2022, while we were in the green, we decided to have a snack. The choice fell on Dodo pizza. There was one empty table, but with napkins and wrappers left after previous visitors. We were not too upset about this, because we were glad at least that we managed to sit down. While we were making an order through the app, we asked a girl passing by and wiping the tables of other visitors to remove it from us. She did it, but with obvious displeasure and sweeping away the pieces of wrappers just on the floor.
Our order was simple: 1 pizza and 2 cocktails. The app knocked out the cooking time of 15 minutes. And although the time passed faster during the conversation, but after half an hour the expectation became palpable. "Anything can happen," we thought, and continued to wait, looking at the barely moving line of our order fulfillment. An hour later, when the feeling of hunger had already appeared, and on the scoreboard the difference between the numbers of our order and the next one was about 30, we decided to contact the cashier to clarify the status of the order. At the checkout, the answer was received that the order had been ready for a long time and "why didn't you come before?", although we had delivery to the table. After my answer that neither on the scoreboard nor in the application, the order status was displayed as "Ready", instead of at least a verbal apology from the girl at the checkout, the question "so will you pick it up yourself or should I bring it?" followed. During our conversation, she clicked something on her screen and the order suddenly became "Ready".
The food was passable. It didn't cause a wow effect, but you can eat. But the quality of service is simply disgusting. Even the most complete workload is not able to justify the absence of banal apologies for their own mistakes.
