I just love this place! Delivery takes 15 minutes to our house. Couriers are always polite and humorous) I occasionally go to the Dodo itself for coffee and a dodster (I really love this dish). The service is always polite and pleasant. I read about dirty tables in the reviews, personally I came across it once, but a polite request to the staff quickly corrected the situation). Pizza is always very juicy and there are a lot of toppings. Anyway, guys, thank you for such an institution on Selmash! The coffee is delicious, the pizza is just a fire, but small joints, I hope, are constantly being corrected!

We very often order food at various catering establishments in the city of Velikiye Luki, this time we decided to opt for a new Dodo Pizza establishment. The choice fell on "dodsters" at a promotional price of 449 rubles, and then it began. It was not possible to order through the application, I had to call by phone, we did not receive a clear answer to the question about the functionality of the application, but we offered to place an order by phone and it turned out that the promotional price does not apply to Velikiye Luki and the price is already 570, we thought, agreed. The promised hour has passed, there is no courier! We're calling. They answer that he will arrive in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, no again. We're calling. They say that you need to wait another 15 minutes and promise a certificate for free pizza as an apology, we ask who will give us the certificate, they say don't worry, it will be digital the next time you call, you will name your data and you will be happy. After an hour and a half of waiting, a courier appears, brings the dodsters. Dodsters are absolutely tasteless, well, as they say, taste and color... We will call you in a few days, we want to place an order and remind you about the certificate. We are surprised, we prove for a few minutes that we do not belong to camels. They agree to send a promo code, we are trying to apply the promo code in the order, we do not work, we call and explain everything again, they say that they say the wrong promo code is waiting for an SMS with another one. It arrives, but when you register the application does not allow you to choose a delivery location, we call, they say do not worry, this is a problem with the application, wait 15-20 minutes and try again. As a result, after 2 hours, you finally manage to place an order. After 45 minutes, the courier arrives, but we miss his call, call back after a few minutes, offer to drive to the right place ourselves and pick up the order from the courier or at the specified place, but they tell us that the order is canceled, the promo code is also offered to make a new order for money. That means the customer can wait for the deliverer for hours, but the deliverer cannot. As a result, a few hours spent, an unpleasant aftertaste and a memory of disgusting dodsters. That's how this desk works. Keep this in mind when ordering. I have never received worse service and such a disregard and hypocritical attitude towards the client, too. I highly do not recommend this place.
