The best place is always very tasty, fast and lots of promotions.The delivery is also fast and free, the couriers are friendly as well as the staff.The hall is always clean.There is a cashback of 5% with dodocoins, I have already bought everything with them more than once

There are claims against Dodo in general and this branch in particular. The Dodos refuse to put napkins down, justifying their decision with concern for the environment. But they forget how much plastic, bags and cardboard are thrown away from them. Just compare: on one side of the scale is all their packaging, plastic, cardboard, polyethylene, and on the other — 5-6 napkins. Hypocrisy, as for me. And specifically, this branch does not like the fact that you cannot pay with a card upon receipt. Only through the app or in cash. And their application is stupid, and the card is not linked. Well, from time to time, the guys in this branch fail, and incorrectly form an order

Сделали заказ, хотели покушать пиццу и купили натуральный сок который стоял у них в холодильнике и когда заказ был готов понял что не с чего пить и попросил продать мне стаканчики! Но оказалось что их нет но на кассе лежало куча пластиковых прозраных стаканов и как окозалось они для чая и коффе , мне пришлось отменить заказ ,делать заново и заказывать другие напитки которые уже идут в стакане , в итоге мы попали в неловкую ситуацию, пицца остыла, и впечатление от заведения тоже было испорчено, в любом другом месте тебе бы продали стаканчики каторые есть но только не в додо , вообщем сервис не клиентоориентирован можете попасть в подобную ситуацию, так что не советую сюда идти если хотите качественного сервиса!

Ужасный шум — оры и гвалт детей, которых тут в ненормальном количестве. Готовят очень долго, есть проблема у персонала с работой с табло — заказ отобразился сразу же готовым, после чего моё имя пропало и больше не появлялось.
