I constantly order from uzum. I really like it. But today they brought pizza with rotten sausage in the "Four Seasons". To the complaint through uzum, Dodo replied that everything was prepared in accordance with quality standards. I am a regular customer. I understand that this sausage is rotten. I know what a normal sausage tastes and smells like.
I invite the director home, choking on sausage cooked according to quality standards.
You need to admit mistakes. We lost a regular customer because of a couple of pieces of sausage. I don't want to play this lottery anymore.

My colleagues and I have been regular customers for several years. There were different things, you could close your eyes to everything or just laugh. For example, how your dodsters got smaller and smaller every time. Or what kind of oven you have is faulty, everything is always burning up and you always scrape off the burnt places with a spatula in front of customers and then hide everything in foil, as if no one will notice. Like coffee cups and lids for them, it's like you take them in different places, since they never close, they don't even sit tight. One name from the lid. Like you always forget to add sugar to your coffee, even though they ask you to. As you use our contacts for personal purposes, you constantly add them to different Telegram groups that are in no way related to your activities - the sale of textiles, bed linen, music, etc. We were silent... smiling and silent. Today's order is just the last straw. And this is my last order from you. A meat starter, which for some reason was 2 times smaller than what is usually served at your place. I took it back to the boy who took the order and asked, "What do you think? Is it okay that he's so small? What's wrong with him?" I was told that it was just wrapped the wrong way. OK, but how did the wrong wrapping affect the amount of filling inside? Which was 60 percent less than usual! For understanding, look at the photo. The diameter of the bowl is larger than the starter. It's just a mockery. It's a disgrace to your institution. This is the bottom. I can't find any other words. The man treated the work as if "well, I will do it, I won't like it and they won't come anymore." I repeat once again, we are frequent guests, we have seen everything, we know a lot, we have something to compare it with. I went back and sat down at the table. I thought maybe there was no test left (as you usually do) and they made it out of what was there? I unwrapped it - but the dough was whole, the tortilla was round and its usual size. There was very little filling there, as if it had been stolen... or they ate more than half while cooking. The boy came and said, "Yes, they did it wrong, let's change it." And why does your employee, if he knows that he did the job wrong, allow himself to give "this wrong something" to the client? The boy tried to fix it, said that he had not checked it. But excuse me, but what kind of problems does the cook/pizza maker have? What's wrong? Is his mood to blame or his eyesight? It seems to me that the gram is always observed in portions? What's going on here? If you didn't have any meat left, why didn't you tell me, I would have ordered something else! I refused to replace it because I didn't have time to wait for the second order, I said I just wouldn't come to you anymore. It would be logical if you took half of the payment from me at the checkout))) I silently handed over the card. But.... no, I had to pay for the whole starter. They still had the conscience to charge me the full amount, they didn't even apologize at the end! Thanks for the spoiled mood. I will never come to you again and I will not advise anyone. I will tell everyone about everything that is described here above. This review was written 9 hours later, in an almost good mood and without unnecessary emotions.
